A really nice place to stay but be sure to get an ocean view room.
Clean. Good breakfast, good beds, good linen, good towels. Room on beachside noisey due to street traffic. Room a little outdated, but o.k.
The location is not bad -it's away from the crowds yet still close enough and right across the water. There's also a shuttle that comes by every hour that takes you straight to central Patong and from here things go downhill. This is like a haunted hotel. You take the elevator to the 4th floor and find room numbers like 2203 and 3108 on that floor and for the first half of our stay we thought we would never get to our room but we eventually just figured it out. But this still does not explain why the same floor houses rooms from the 2s to the 4s what the heck. The floors are extra gross and we found a huge booger collection on the walls. To top this all off, there were huge mirrors INSIDE the shower in case you weren't freaked out already.
