Location is near beach .near shopping sreets .one wing of hotel is close to bar so loud music at night. Hard to fall asleep
Loved the swimming pool and the respectful and friendly staff. The shower in the bathroom was excellent! Location of the property could not be better. My only little negative experience was the wait in the heat for a few hours waiting to check in. After a long flight this was a bit uncomfortable. However, I cannot blame the hotel for this since I did arrive early at around 11 am.
Close to beach .close to shopping .unfortunately the pool water used to be clear this trip the water is very green and the hotel failed to correct the problem. My room TV is broken and the hotel did not replace it.
Nice clean close to everything. Staff harrassed us all day Sunday to check out even though we pay on Friday for late check-out.
Room 1103 is right across a mall that broadcast very laud disco music until 2-3 o'clock in the morning every day I stayed. TV is smaller size than other rooms.
This hotel can use a bit of updating. It sits behind a shopping center so that you cannot see if from the street. A lot of their furniture can really use some updating. The beach chair cushions, along with the cushion on the chair on my balcony were both damaged and dirty. My other issue was that the bathrooms were awkward, I was traveling with someone that was NOT a significant other so the lack of privacy in the bathroom was uncomfortable. Also the toilet was in what looked like a closet across the hall from the rest of the bathroom. Also there were tiny bugs (ants maybe?) that were in my room. I will say that the staff was very attentive and for the most part pretty nice which was definitely a saving grace here.

I have been staying at this hotel for 6 years . The cost is reasonable and location is excellent.
great hotel for patong. its really close to all of the bars, but is still quiet. I was still able to get some sleep after a long night out
On travel web site it said they have shuttle service to the air port but their was no phone number to call for shuttle, after we took a cab there we found out no shuttle service existed . My wife and I paid the same price for a room as my friend who stayed in a room by himself, when he wanted to bring a guest to the room he was charged 1500 B for the extra person, when he extended his stay he made sure it was for two people in the room then they still wanted to charge him extra for his new girlfriend because her name was registered when he extended his stay, even though he was paying for two people. Friendly staff but bad hotel policy. I might recommend this hotel if I needed a place to stay but if I was staying for very long in Phuket I think I would get out there and see what else is available .
Staff did not know much English and took a long time to check in because they had the beds pushed together for me and my brother. Also, power kept on turning off at the worst times. Smelled like cigarette smoke really badly although the front desk said it was a non smoking room. Was quiet and close to the beach but expected more for what we paid.
I stayed at the Patong Beach Hotel for 8 days on my vacation, the hotel is exactly as pictured on the website. It is centrally located the only taxi i needed was from the airport to the hotel. Good retaurants/shopping are all within walking distance. Of course i fell for the upgrade to the better room with the purchase of a ticket to a dinner and a show, i enjoyed the food and the show. The staff was excellent going above and beyond what i expected. I will stay at this hotel for my next trip to Phuket. There was some kind of construction going on during my stay and it was noisy at times, but i didnt mind. I had read reviews complaining of hard beds before my trip, the bed was very firm but was comfortable.
