The hotel was good for the price.
We got there and Checked in and told us they had over booked when we had reserved our stay a few nights before. We had to wait until we got a room.
Everything and ppl were nice and very very helpful
I liked that it was really close to the Hapo Center. We went there for an event and it was really convenient that we were able to walk there.
Good clean spot, rooms were nice with a big fridge and kitchen. You could do longer stays here easy

I stay here every time I come to the Tru-Cities. It is a great value and central to all three cities and the airport. Plenty of dining available too. I like Love Curry.
This is a newer hotel. The tv did not work properly. Shut off by itself no timer set and when we asked the staff about it they told us that all the Tv's shutoff by 10:45 which was total BS. First of all who would do this and second of all we could stil here the tv on in the room next to us which brings up another complaint the walls are apparently paper thin with no insulation. Toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and nearly ready to fall off. I will not ever return.
My husband went to check us in as I had a migraine. After a while he came out & said he could hear someone talking on a phone but no one was at the desk. After going back in again he came back out stating I had to go in & check us in. I had used my Orbitz account to book the hotel. It was my husband's credit card that had reserved the room. He didn't go into details so I went in & said apparently I need to check in instead of my husband. The manager came out of a room & rudely interrupted, started stating the reasons only I could sign in and the look on her face, she was mad. I will never return there Only because of the manager. The front desk clerk was very nice, informative & quick to get us checked in.
My stay was very enjoyable, nice accommodations, great location, many things close by, very friendly.
I feel like you never know with any extended stay hotel, but this really surprised me. It was great! The room was large and clean. It was in an easy, convienent location near many restaurants.
