Dear Orbitz, We feel really sad that you have not liked our hotel, we try hard ,everyday, to satisfy our guest the better we can....Maybe our hotel did not meet your expectations. It is with great attention that I have read your comments about your stay and thank you for taking the time to express them. I deeply regret the inconvenience encoutered by no air co but in Calais this weather is unusual. We have put fan in each room, this may not be enough so we are working to find another solution.
