Be warned, no elevator for second floor. Clean room. Bed comfortable. Excellent shower. Breakfast was terrible both days I tried it: burnt bacon, empty serving dishes, had to wait for food, dirty tables. This was an hour into serve time. On weekdays. But serving staff had time to chat with other staff. Went to Bob Evans (which was great) and paid for my own breakfast on third morning.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We were at OU for parents weekend and sadly this was as close as we could get to OU. (35-40 min drive) To be honest we usually stay at fancier hotel chains and I was nervous about the quality of the hotel. But especially considering it was only $108 a night (Sat) this hotel had a very comfy bed and plush towels. The bedding smelled fresh and clean. The bathrooms likewise were clean. Though we ate breakfast at OU with our student, the free breakfast looked great and the coffee was good. We would stay here again without a doubt. the staff was likewise very pleasant!

No WiFi where they stuck us. As far from the front as you can get. Did not show any concern that Internet access was nonexistent even though they advertise free WiFi. 2days and nights could do no work. Breakfast was good.

It wasn't bad, however, the breakfast was terrible.

It was our first trip to WV for a friends wedding, and this hotel was fantastic to stay in! The rooms were exactly as they are pictured, very clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was extraordinarily good.We look forward to our next visit, hopefully we'll be able to stay longer and enjoy the indoor pool & hot tub, but we will definitely use this hotel again!

The Comfort Inn was really nice and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and spacious, AC was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a lot of restraints and stores and right next to the Grand Centeral Mall. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone!

First, we booked a room with two double beds, almost three months ahead of time. When we got there they said they did not have that reservation and only had rooms with King beds. Front desk not sympathetic about it because we booked through 3rd party site. When we got to the room, we could not get the door open. The green light lit up but the door would not open. The maid came to help but it took her 20 tries to finally get the door open. Then once we got the door open, the room was about 40 degrees. It was so cold, all the mirrors were covered with condensation. Each time we returned to the room, we had the same issue getting the door open.

very nice accomodations.breakfast buffet was awesome.

Had a nice room and the staff was wonderful.I would stay again.

The room was really small but there was almost no street noise on our side of the building. The breakfast was just OK. There wasn't much choice for cereal, yogurt, bread but there were 2 waffle irons. The pool was really nice and the staff was kind enough to let us bring our 3 great grandchildren in to swim. The beds were fine except that the blanket was tucked in very hard at the bottom and barely came up high enough to cover our shoulders. The comforter would have been too much.
