Best Western Plus Marietta Hotel

Easy check in very friendly staff and breakfast was excellent.

We chose this hotel because of previous Best Western Plus stays at other locations. The free hot breakfast beats the other hotel chains by far. Only negative is that the beds are doubles rather than queen size.

This hotel was in process of being converted from a Holiday Inn so there were a few transition pains. The signage needed to be a little better but was to be expected based on the fact that it wasn't fully transitioned yet. Internet did not work real well either yet. Breakfast was good, location is good (about 5 minutes from Downtown) and room itself had comfortable beds, temperature and shower pressure were both good. For the price it was a very good value.

This building has been there for many, many years. The exterior still looks quite tired but they really have done a nice job remodeling it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. For the festival they had a shuttle service, hot breakfasts, late check out times (2pm) and was reasonably close to the festivities. The Pioneer Tavern where we took our breakfast was not esthetically pleasing. The fake rock had cobwebs all over them and the seating was hard and uncomfortable. Aside from that the hotel was fine and we will stay again!

Clean enough. Carpet worn. Just ok. Slim pickings in Marietta.

We got in late after a long day of driving. The room was ready for us. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was standard with great bacon.

Stayed two nights, the lobby was being Remodeled, the breakfast was good & the staff was great, the room was ok it will need an upgrade before long, would stay again.

really liked the room, it was up to date, fresh and clean!

Good location for me. Hotel is in need of remodel. Pool area nice. Meal selection for breakfast needs some attention, such as adding fruit and other choices along that line.

The staff was very pleasant. Room confort was good. Only 2 floors so no elevator which was not a problem, but no air in hallways made them a little musty. Only complaint I would have was the rest. in holel was not that good, expensive & our food was luke warm and vegetable was not cooked so we were not impressed at all. As a matter of fact we never went down for the complimentary breakfast.

It was a stop on a motorcycle trip. The room was average, although we were not looking for luxury. It was nice having a restaurant right in the hotel for dinner. I'm not a big breakfast eater, however, I would have liked to see some heathier selections for the very limited continental breakfast. Also a room with 2 dbl beds and only 3 bath towels?

Pretty basic-stayed for one night only and enjoyed continental breakfast

Ate at Ryan's next door. Great family place!!!!

Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms and pool where clean. We could easily here people out in the hall. The breakfast was disapointing. It was clear that they would have liked you to buy one of their breakfast. We had to stand in a tub of water when we showered because it drained so slowly.

It was very enjoyable, very clean and comfortable beds. It was probably one of the nicest moderate priced motel i've stayed at in a long while, was impressed very refreshing experience tell the hotel staff Thanks

Good place to stop after a long road trip. Rainy so couldn't take advantage of hotel amentities as pool was outside. Breakfast is bare bones - cereal and rolls. We wanted hot coffee with real cream after our evening dinner at an independant restaurant. One staffer brewed us a pot of fresh coffee with lots of real cream and sugar. Was a nice touch. Check in clerk gave us a good restaurant recommendation.

The Holiday Inn Marietta is a very nice hotel. The pool was a welcome perk on the hot days of August. A Super Walmart is across the street and there are dining options either a short walk or drive from the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and is clean and quiet.

The Marietta Holiday Inn is an above average hotel for the area. It was comfortable and adjacent to a golf course for a golfer. Also close to the college, museums, Fenton Glass and other local attractions.

Bobby, Thanks for staying with us and writing a review! We do like to "do breakfast right" - so glad you enjoyed the offerings. In addition to the rooms with two standard doubles beds, we offer rooms with one king bed, some of which have a foldout sleeper sofa. Next time you visit maybe one of the other room types would work; we're always happy to let a guest view the room before renting. Again, thank you!

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for choosing the Best Western Plus Marietta. We definitely appreciate the feedback and are checking into the internet issue that you mentioned. The signage may take a little longer, but do hope this will not prevent you from staying with us again.
