The hallway or conditioner did not work, also bad Smell from other guest in their condominiums. The next door to us was very noisy at night and could hear right through the doors Had to call the front desk to keep The noise down twice at 11:30 at night.

The food at the Wildfire Smokehouse was fabulous. And the bakery had the best pastries! The pool was great. The beds were super comfortable. We rented Razors for 2 hours from the Adventure Haus at the hotel. The trails were so fun and scenery was beautiful. The only negative was the miniature golf course. It was so beat up and awful. Needs to be totally refurbished or just get rid of it.

The staff and hotel were excellent and also the restaurants in the hotel were amazing with great food! Would definitely go again!

Everything was awesome! The only complaint is that at 8 am on a saturday we had to call down to the front desk asking them to quiet the cleaning staff, after asking them ourselves. They were talking loudly across rooms and the corridor, laughing loudly and very inconsiderate that people were sleeping. Once we called and asked the front desk to quiet the cleaning staff, which happened quickly, everything was great.

We were looking for a hotel close to Snowbird. Unfortunately this one is an hour away though the drive there is scenic. It is close to Park City. The pool is pleasant and relaxing with an a staff member available to supply towels and see that all is well. The deepest part of the pool is only 5 1/2 feet so that is is great for families with kids who love to pass through the swimable passage between indoor and outdoor pool while the depth is deep enough for adults to exercise. Those who want to swim on their back can easily do so while judging distance and meditatively watching the painted dome of oval "sky" above the pool. It is also close to the Homestead Crater where swimming is also possible. There is a state park nearby so families or individuals can pursue outdoor activities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurants and bakery (which offers gluten free items) are worth stopping for.

It snowed heavily on our trip and the Zermatt couldn't have been a better experience. From the rooms to the pool to the restaurant - it was all excellent.

EVERYTHING WAS REASONABLY PRICED. All the workers were extremely kind.

Very pleasant. Friendly staff and beautiful settings. Except for the mattress, everything else was perfect.

The junior suite and facilities were all average at best. Before we arrived, we called ahead and asked if our room would be ready early. We were going to a wedding and needed to check in by 2:30 to be ready in time (check in is a 4:00). The guy at the desk put us in a basement room even though he said our higher floor room was ready. Ok, whatever. Then we noticed that the room didn't have an iron, so I called the front desk and let them know we needed an iron urgently. 15 minutes pass and nothing, so I call the front desk again and they say they'll send someone soon. 15 minutes later, still nothing and we are running out of time. So I call again and they say that someone is on their way. So another 10 minutes later, a maintenance guy comes to the door with an iron and proceeds to tell us that there is an iron in the room. He pushes his way in to show us where in the room the iron lives. Of course, IT WAS NOT THERE! Huh... maybe that was the reason we called the front desk in the first place.

We were disappointed with the lady who checked us in(light brown hair, pulled back) because she failed to tell us that the pool would not be available due to the caving in of the ceiling the evening before. This was our Spring break retreat with our children who were so looking forward to swimming with their grandparents who had also booked a room. Later nicer lady at the pool explained what had happened the night before with flooding of the sprinkler system above. When I went to the desk to see if we could do anything else. For example, going to the Homestead to swim, the same lady (with the light brown hair pulled back) rudely told me that was not an option and in a condescending manner said, "We haven't been affiliated with the Homestead for over a year!" Later on in the evening, another much friendlier staff was kindly offering others a free breakfast the following morning. We were never offered anything from the front desk, which I think they should have extended the vouchers to all who had been inconvenienced. But, when I asked the nice lady at the desk(dark curly hair), she immediately presented me with a voucher. The next morning, the restaurant was over an hour late in opening, but the waitress did a fantastic job in meeting our needs.

Room was very nice for the price. Close enough to ski slopes of looking for reasonable price.

very good quiet hotel with remote location. Awesome steakhouse, very good food

It was great! Awesome pool and very comfortable room. And staff was very helpful and friendly

This place is too far from anything! The hallways are dark and dingy, the rooms are outdated and unclean.

It is a great getaway up in the mountains. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Pool has waterfall. They have a carousel. Couldn't get any better

We booked this hotel for one night while driving through Utah, but the whole family wishes we would have stayed a lot longer. A beautiful pool and spa, carousel, and their own herd of goats. Who knew? I wish we had a lot longer to enjoy it all.

Wonderful environment. The grounds were clean and wonderful for taking walks. The only complaint we could her people in hall way through the door. Would also liked to have a continental breakfast and not have to pay so much in dining.

Nice place to stay great room lots to do. Clean comfy room nice staff

Quiet setting up in the valley which made the temperature feel great. Easy to get to and access to fun things to do.

OK for families that like to swim, hike, play tennis, do a spa, etc. Too expensive for just a place to sleep for an older couple. Room was very small, tiny bathroom, and no refrigerator in the room. The did bring one to the room, for a $2.00 per day charge, or $10.00 for my 5-night stay, PLUS TAX. I would have done better for less money at a standard chain hotel in the general area.
