We went here for a weekend getaway and do not recommend it.
Pros: Heated pools. Easy access to ski areas. Most of the staff around the property are really friendly. Most of the rooms seem really big, with a two-person tub, fireplace, two TVs, and full kitchen. Appears to be a timeshare that doubles as a hotel.
Cons: There's no breakfast available on premises, and no room service (we asked about both, and were told to go to the hotel next door for breakfast). So the Expedia "Amenities" section is NOT accurate. The property layout is confusing and maze-like - so bad that some of the employees didn't know how to get to the lobby. The vibe is 1990's rustic, rather than 2010's rustic, so it feels dated. Some of the front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful (see below). There were no apparent Expedia VIP access perks. Definitely not in Park City - the town itself is charming, but it's 10 minutes away by car, although it is a beautiful ride in the snow.
Front desk staff: When we reserved, we noted that we'd be arriving early due to flight time. We got there around 11:30am. Check in is pretty late, at 4pm. The two employees at the front desk told us they would "prioritize our room" for cleaning, but they didn't call us until 3:45pm. When we asked if we could have any different room that was ready, they wouldn't change it. We spent almost five hours with our luggage at their indoor pool instead of settling in.
We found ways to enjoy the trip, but it was a bad experience overall.
