The front office is sparsely manned and you can get stuck waiting for someone to be at the desk. Other than that, the location is fantastic. The unit we were in was wonderful, spacious and fully stocked for our needs.

If you're just going to Park City to ski and need a VRBO type arrangement, this place is perfect. Location is amazing, and apartment was comfortable, not fancy. But that's it. Amenities are non-existent (hot tub was lukewarm with barely any jets, steam room didn't work), and property is woefully understaffed. (Although the front desk/ reservations/ concierge person was nice, he was literally the only person there, trying to do everything). Worked for our group, but if you think you're paying for a resort experience, you'll be disappointed.

Great location for ski access. Rooms are outdated and below average when compared to a standard hotel.
