The property condition and experience was a definite disappointment, especially at a non-bargain price. Room had a funky smell and was very "swampy" feeling when we entered. After taking my shoes off later that evening I discovered the carpet was wet throughout the room. Perhaps the entire carpet had been shampooed earlier, although if this was the case, the room was in no condition to be occupied. Furnishings and bath were worn and mattress deplorable. Heating and air inconsistent. Sweltering and then cold. Condensation all over windows, etc Noisy hallway and pipes. Cigarette smell in the room's bathroom as well as people smoking right by the outside entryway. Generally a very poor experience I hope to never repeat. Breakfast was not appetizing and overcrowded. The 4 star rating really led me astray. This place is not good.

The hotel was fairly nice and definitely decent for the price. However, the hotel staff was not very friendly and the pool and game area was trashed. Also it's misleading about the pancakes. Only a standard hotel breakfast and a Denny's next door.

My kids loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. They played ping pong and pool and they also have air hockey and fuseball. The family suite is awesome. We cooked dinner, played games, watched a movie from Redbox with the DVD player from the front desk, and had our separate rooms when needed. The staff was very nice and helpful with extra towels, rides to main street and dinner, and Joel keep the breakfast room in top shape.

There is no "pancake house." The restaurant is a Denny's and we were there on the very first day it was open. Food was fine, but no one seemed to know what they were doing.

Front desk staff was always very helpful and informative. They offer a free (just tip the friendly shuttle driver, will ya?) shuttle to any ski resorts in the area (we went to both Canyons and Park City Mountain), as well as to Main Street so you can go to restaurants and bars at night time. Room was big and comfortable, with hangers for coats, skis and snowboards. They have an indoors pool and hot tub for you to relax after a full day of skiing. There's also a ping pong table, a pool table, and an air hockey table! The breakfast is excellent, including an espresso machine (I personally hate american coffee). They also have a micro mart, with water, soda, milk, chocolate, cereal bars, noodles, ice cream, and some basic meds (like tylenol). All and all, I loved my stay at Best Western Landmark! Thank you!

Great experience and good hotel , a bit far from the village but the shuttle service is perfect.

We love staying there. Wish the price would be $100 every Friday so we stop bouncing around at different hotels

The room was nice. If you have kids there are nice rooms around the pool. It has a large hot tub. The restaurant is closed but they did have a nice motel breakfast. I hit spendthrift I thought but Park City is busy. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

Great place for overnight stay. Easy access to freeway and many choices in the area for food and shopping if needed. Nice and clean room. Excellent breakfast offered in the lobby area

Hotel lobby is open and nice. Location is right off I-80, with a number of shops and restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value, and allows pets with reasonable $10 pet fee.

Super nice nice pool hot tub game room good breakfast perfect for ski bums next to Tanger Walmart McDonald Arby's,s panda

This BW was comfortable, friendly and clean. The one thing that would've nudged my rating up a notch was if the rooms had had a microwave and/or refrigerator. We thought it had a microwave (it didn't) and ended up having to heat soup in the coffee pot. Epic fail. :\

The rooms were very clean, and well appointed. Good privacy, no noise. Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the exercise room, but the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

We were in UT for the Spartan Beast. The hotel was reasonable priced for Park City, close to the race and had free breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet of basic breakfast foods, nothing fancy but good (except the bagels). Our biggest issue was our car was broken into the first night. Girl at the front desk didn't seem to be too concerned. I had to ask her to call the police. There was more concern from the maintenance staff, who just happened to notice us in the parking lot waiting for the tow truck. Apparently the desk is suppose to inform them but didn't. **Oh there are no cameras in the parking lot by the Arby's, so beware.** We only had the room made up once and they forgot to replenish the shampoo and soap. Items desperately needed after the race. The front desk was more then accommodating and apologized for the oversight. The room itself were clean. However the walls are really thin, we were able to hear everything that went on in the rooms next door.

We've come to this hotel for years as a quick get away with my kids and hubby. It's not the ritz, but it's clean, breakfast is awesome and it cheap!

There was a Geocache in the lot Bonus find for all those Geocachers

staff was polite and helpful room was clean id stay there again

We had a good relaxing stay here. The staff was pretty friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. We did a lot of shopping at the outlets just up the road, so it's a prime location. The rooms were great other than the beds, they were terrible! The breakfast buffet is awesome it balances out the beds. Overall it is such a good deal I would stay there again.

The pool was pretty small. There is an additional fee for the bacon and sausage. They are not part of the free hot breakfast. That said, the breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was not clean. The dust was everywhere in the room. The breakfsat was good. We won't stay there again.

We are disappointed that your visit was so disappointing. We are happy that our employees tried to take care of your needs. We are renovating our rooms and have just finished with seven. This summer all mattresses were replaced. I have passed on your comments to our Housekeeping Manager so she can make corrections regarding rooms.

We are excited that you enjoyed our location, pool area and staff. We are sorry about the hot pad issue and I have copied your comments to our Housekeeping department to fix. Likewise I have notified the maintenance department regarding the fireplace. We hope if your travels bring you back to Park City, you will stay with us again.
