We stayed in a family room on the third floor, large double bed and bunk beds. I was concerned about noise when we were given a room at the very front of the hotel facing the car park, above reception area where all the buses and taxis come & go until late but there was no noise from below at all so that was a relief. Room had a fridge which was also handy. Clean room and comfy beds, shuttles were perfect, very regular to the park and back. Gave 4 stars because of reception, staff were very friendly but there's no urgency at all. Check in took 35 mins and there were only 3 guests ahead of us with 2 employees on the desk. Another 15 mins waiting to get an adapter later on (€5.50 charge which is ok). Thankfully there is an express check out so we just dropped our key in the box. Overall a great hotel for the parks and I would stay again.
Is the Disneyland Paris hotel outside your budget? Then stay in a castle on the Disneyland Paris resort property instead. We loved everything about this hotel. It was a living extension of all the Disney magic. Even though Disney does not run the hotel directly, it is on the Disney resort property and you can book through the Disneyland Paris website. Our room was very large and plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. Such a large room was an unusual find in France. We were used to the tiny closet-sized rooms of most hotels and so coming here was a great pleasure. The decorations carry on the whimsical castle/medieval theme. Our young children loved wandering around the "castle" The pool is fantastic. Food was good. The next time I go to Disneyland Paris if I still cannot afford to stay at the DIsneyland Paris hotel I will stay here again.
Went with Sister, her husband and two kids plus my mum. Good hotel, location to Disneyland Paris about 10 mins via free shuttle which came frequently. Reception area really good for kids as there were games to play and a Disney shop. Watch out though you have to put in a couple of Euros for the games. Drinks at the hotel vending machine were very expensive at 3 Euros. There is no complimentary water bottles in the room. But there is tea / coffee, fridge, safe and basic toiletries. Good selection at breakfast, baguettes and pastries were fresh. I liked the character who came round to see the kids at breakfast, she was very friendly and made a point of stopping and taking pics with kids. Good selection at dinner (Musketeers) for kids, not my favourite restaurant but filling after a day at Disneyland Paris! Watch out though you have to pay for drinks separately even if you have dinner included. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking, was a little disappointed but not the end of the world. The staff were nice and friendly in both restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. My only negative comments was the shuttle from the park when busy was not pleasant, no orderly queue, people don't consider elderly or people with kids or pushchairs. It was a bit frightening for the kids as everyone was pushing to get on the overflowing bus with no one in charge. The staff at reception could be a little bit more friendly, while they helped with questions they did look at you a bit patronisingly.
Waited 30 minutes to check in behind just one person. The hotel and room is very tired. We asked for a double room and had huge bunk beds as well, we asked not to have an adjoining door to the next room and they gave us a room with an adjoining door ?? The only option of food on our first night was the buffet @ 29.50 euros pp. (all you can eat) if you wanted to eat any at all. The hot food was cold and didn't look fresh and the cold food looked dull and un-inviting. We had a bottle of water @ 7euros and two black coffee's @ 4 euros each.....Really !!!! These values are outrageous, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so no option for other food. Why is it that just because they think they have a captive audience they can serve such sub standard poor quality food drying under heat lamps. We refused to pay the price for two meals as we couldn't eat any of it. The Manager said someone would contact us in the morning but they didn't. Breakfast was ok if you got there at 7am. We really don't agree with the fact that just because it's a Disney Hotel, prices are put at sky high rates for shabby accommodation and food. If this is acceptable to most people then things will never change. We will NOT be recommending this hotel.
we were on 3rd floor disny buses came quite often every 10 / 15 mins only thing they could improve on was letting pepole smoke just outside was no good for my cheast they need to bulid a smoking area where smokers could smoke for all their worth as it did upset my chest.
When arriving at Disneyland train station it was a little confusing, however after asking the reception they pointed us to the bus shuttle service which was a free service and extremely frequent, the transfer was only a 5 minute journey. At the hotel there was everything you would need in a hotel, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was nice with lots of choice even offering English sausages and bacon which was a bonus! The grounds at the hotel are breathtaking with the rooms at the back of the hotel overlooking the back gardens and lake, the swimming pool is at the hotel is lovely and warm with the bonus of having a jacuzzi. There is also a gym with various machines and free weights. A Disney shop at the hotel near reception is another bonus if you forget to get any gifts inside the park! I celebrated my birthday while away and my girlfriend had previously contacted the hotel, after coming back from swimming they had decorated the room with balloons and banners with the added bonus of laying sweets all over the bed! A lovely little touch by the hotel staff. Stay at this hotel for brilliant service, plenty to do and only 5 minutes from Disneyland
Arrived on Sunday afternoon lady who checked us in miserable and not very welcoming-not a good start, room clean and adequate, breakfast adequate-hot food was cold but staff in restaurant friendly and helpful, shuttle to and from Disney great service, very expensive for drinks and food, but had our breakfast included, lady at check out great and helpful booked us taxi to airport, stayed in better hotels but was an average hotel served its purpose for our fab time in Disney
Great hotel, friendly staff great rooms with plenty of room. The breakfast was fantastic! Only downfall, the drinks at the bar were very expensive. Lovely bathroom with top class toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a fridge in the room.
This hotel is a partner hotel of eurodisney. Very easily accessible by their shuttle bus which runs every 10mins to and from eurodisney. Rooms in the hotel are average. Food in the bar is excellent however I would avoid the buffet in the restaurant.
We arrived at this hotel at 7pm 3 hours later we still had no room!!!!! We book through booking.com a suite with 2 double bedrooms, we rang the hotel before we left to make sure all was ok , and was told all was in order!! We arrived they took our money and sent us to a double bedroom, but there was 3 off us!!! they knew what they where doing, as the reception staff where aware the book we booked was not available. we when back to the desk and was given yet another room that was of no good, after asking to speak to the manager and about 3 and 1/2 hours she finally came, telling us nothing but lies. We had to move hotel to the Circus hotel, we wasted the whole night being fed lies by the staff then what they do is offer 15%!!!! what a insult!!!!! NEVER be back at this hotel, staff no help and the manager is worse all she done was lie, she promised to ring us the next morning at 7am, never did! would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!! g
