- Washing machine with dryer option, fast WIFI connection.

You will find everything you need in the district: various shops, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessens and local services. The surrounding streets are dotted with art galleries, theatres and concert halls, offering a varied and rich programme of cultural events.

The location of the apartment benefits from very good access to public transport.



- Metro: Voltaire (line 9), 5 min walk.

- RER: Gare de Lyon (RER A and RER D), 14 min walk.

- Day and night buses (lines 61, N16, N34, 69).

- Vélib stations and VTC services (Uber, Bolt) nearby.
