Discover the elegance, charm and comfort of our apartment, completely renovated in December 2024, a few steps from rue Montorgueil, the Louvre Museum, Place des Victoires, theaters, restaurants and various shops. Our accommodations decorated by renowned architects combine modernity and refinement and offer a most pleasant journey to the heart of Paris

The Space:
Apartment of 55m2, on the 4th floor without elevator which includes:

- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm) with TV
- 1 dining room, Wifi
- a living room with double sofa bed and television
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning lady.

You'll be in the heart of the action with our central location near Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue Montorgueil, famous for their boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Nearby, you will also find the Grands Boulevards, the Grevin Museum, the Galeries Lafayette and the Place de l'Opéra. 15 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum.

CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT
For a dose of culture and entertainment, explore the many theaters nearby, such as the Théâtre Le Comedia, the Théâtre du Gymnase, the Grand Rex (one of the most beautiful cinemas in Paris) and the Théâtre de la Renaissance.
For culture lovers, don't miss the National Library of France and the famous Center Pompidou, recognizable by its exterior staircases and colorful pipes.
