Quality Only Suites CDG Airport

It has a fridge and beds are very comfy. On 4th floor and not in front of elevators is always quiet. Just the reception can be iffy, the rest is pretty good.

Really OK, nice bed and size, comfortable room. Nice area for relaxing with small fridge, kitchen and couch. I am almost ever disappointed when I stay at Only hotel

There are every type of rooms in this hotel, some renovated some not. Rooms have space and could be so much better than they are. Very interesting. I had one good room on my first stay 2 years ago, since then they are average. Good value though

Surprisingly run down for a Quality hotel. Room was clean but common areas were not. Breakfast wasn't included and they wanted 15 euros. Definitely not as described.

Shuttle service was not good at all !. It did not stop you at your terminal you asked .

Very nice, clean junior suite with the ability to close a door between the small sitting area and bed area. The room, including the bathroom and small kitchen, was modern with a very comfortable bed. We were received well by receptionist. We skipped the breakfast, but were sorry that we had. Easy access to the airport via free shuttle. Just be sure you know which terminal you need.

The hotel's web site says it's a 4-star hotel. Not by my standards. On the plus side: The location is very convenient if you are going to get on a plane the next day. The suite is also very spacious for a French hotel. There's a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes between the hotel and the CDG airport (except between 1am and 5am.) On the other hand, the decor is dark and dated, the area rug was stained, the paint on the metal coffee table was chipped.

A very nice looking hotel with pleasant staff. Unfortunately the room requires a lot of maintenance. I left a list at the front desk of 9 items requiring attention. Most importantly 1. Bathroom toilet ran continuously at times. Could stop it by flushing several times except as we left it would not stop. I notified the staff immediately. 2. Wi-fi signal was strong but could not connect with all 3 of our devices. 3. At least 2 missing light bulbs bedside light failed to come on even with changing light bulbs room divider door inoperable as it was off the track missing bedside stand 4. Bathroom sink would not drain at all except onto the floor. Very little work would be required to fix all items so I still can recommend this hotel, assuming that they improve the maintenance.

Our room was lacking a few basic amenities, such as pillow cases, sheets and a TV remote. The airport shuttle takes 30 plus minutes. I would not stay here again.

I was looking for an affordable hotel near Charles DeGaulle Airport (Paris) for an overnight stay enroute to the US, and the Only Suites fit the bill. Getting there by the advertized free shuttle was challenging I never could find the shuttle stop and ended up with an expensive cab ride. The next morning, I was able to get the free shuttle back to the airport. Once at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and quickly off to my room. The room was well appointed in a classically modern European style. However, the housekeeping staff had forgotten to put pillowcases on the pillows, so I had another call to the desk to get the linen. The breakfast the next morning was a typical European continental breakfast with pastries, eggs, yogurt and fruit. The coffee maker offered cappucino, latte, etc settings in addition to plain coffee, a nice touch. The scrambled eggs and sausage offerings were not hot however. The hotel had just changed to a Quality Only Suites, and it appeared that they were in transition mode. I hope that in the future their services will be more even, and that there website will be clearer about the shuttle at the airport.

Really close to the airport and the shuttle service is really good with free transportation to the mall and airport

It's a good hotel for CDG layover--reasonably priced. Took the free GOLD BUS that dropped us off at this hotel. There are also restaurants nearby.

Good location and friendly helpful staff... The carpets appeared worn and needed to be replaced or deep-cleaned. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean and comfortable, but there was a terry-covered large decorator body pillow (with stain marks that did not look clean) lying on top of the pillows.

Great place would recommend to friends and family. Convenient location to airport

The hotel is near to de airport, ande the room es very confortable

The free shuttle bus was quick & easy. The hotel room was an absolute delight - different from the usual ones & it was great to get a few hours sleep during my 10 hour layover in Paris. This hotel was a great find!

Location near airport is spectacular. Super quiet; probably because windows don't open. Air-conditioning works adequately but not great. Cooking facilities were a surprise; may use them next time. Includes 2-burner cooktop, microwave, small frig with freezer, proper kitchen sink, cabinets, eating counter with barstools and option to request kitchen set for cooking and eating from the front desk. Downside is that cleanliness of kitchen area is, well, not clean. Greasy, in fact. So, just bring your own disinfecting surface wipes and you'll be fine. Freezer needed defrosting but would fit a champagne bottle easily if it were defrosted. The floor was not so clean either so plan on wearing some dirty socks. Bathroom was quite clean, however. Plenty of space for 2 people. Nice sitting area with large coffee table...disinfecting surface wipes are a good idea for that, too. Separate desk and chair for workspace, if needed. Free parking behind hotel. Adequate storage areas for multiple suitcases. Very little closet area for hanging clothes...2 hangers available and that was it. However, there were plenty of shelves available for storage.

Stayed in a Family Suite as a package with my flight. I should have done my research before accepting the deal: Our first room reaked of smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. They changed us to another one which was only slightly better. Many light bulbs were burned out. The kitchen was completely empty (no cups or spoons even) and the dishwasher was mouldy/smelly. Two of the four cups in the bathroom were so dirty that couldn't use them. One had a cigarette burn in it. The lobby hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The toilet and bathtub were clean. Next time we would stay at the BW up the road instead. It's fancy on the inside, but a bit institutional from the outside. Staff was friendlier. We ate a great supper there and were quoted a similar room at a much better price.

Hotel is nice, room is contemporary. Good shower for tired tourist after long day in Paris. It takes almost 25 min by shuttle to get into the airport because shuttle stops at each hotel on it's way. Also shuttle runs just until 11 pm if you want to stay in Paris later then consider a taxi service. Stuff is very slow, and non resposive

Our room floor was dirty. Only two small bath towels with no hand towels. No bath toiletries. Should be rated a three star AT BEST.
