The hotel is very quaint. The staff is very kind and most speak English. The elavator is on the first level so they will carry your luggage up the stair for you. Thankfully. The rooms are very spacious and has lots of outlets. It is also close to a major metro/train station. Which is really ideal. The location is far from the main tourist attractions but with the metro being close by a non issue

It is a very nice hotel in a central spot of Paris.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location! Close to a main transport station and to malls

Good: location is great: across from taxi stand, next to rail station, quiet, easy walk to good eats and drink, close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not good: elevator broke for 2 days, walking up 5 flights of stairs with children not fun. Awful: left in am for Paris Disney (awesome space mountain) but maid cleaned room in am and left door open all day so when we cam back at 10 pm, room was wide open, so we complained to front desk: his exact words “ I just work nights”, no apology from management or even an acknowledgement that they made a mistake even when we checked out. I would definitely not recommend anyone I knew to stay here.

This hotel is in a great location and very close to eating options and the train station. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The elevator is up a flight of stairs so they insisted on taking our bags up there for us so we didn't have to carry them up any stairs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place in Paris!

Very clean everything remodeled. Staff freindly. Loud construction right outside window every morning at 7 a.m.

We had the family package with 2 adjoining rooms, it did not have the 2 double beds but the added a roll away. Bathroom was small but functional. on first level and overlooked the small street behind the hotel, very European. About a 20 min walk to the Louvre, and 30 minute to the Champs De Ellesse. There is a shopping center that is 5 min walk away. Across a square from the Hilton Opera

Nice hotel, staff super helpful. Only it was too far from Eiffel Tower. It's a walk but a loongg walk.

Hotel is totally renovated Recently. Very close to attractions in Paris . The were no help for carrying suitcases which need to be carried one floor up to elevator!

Small, nice, convenient, close to transportation and restaurants. However, advertised breakfast included, but it was not - $14 per person. Breakfast does have variety. Very cute place - love the decor!

Hotel near subway and good café staff speak English and was very helpful with any question or directions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there my next visit.

Never again! We had 2 room. Dr. Lee was on the 4th floor and our room was on the 6th floor. It was freezing. I asked the hotel staff to increase the temperature in our room. They never responded. I spent the first night freezing. Only on the second night after complaining for the 4th time, the new hotel staff brought me a portable heater. Even that didn't work all that well. They never replenished the minibar drinks in the mini rerigerator either. I wish I could get my money back. So not worth it. Oh, and if you're sensitive to noise, this hotel is a no no. It was supposed to be sound proofed, when asked they treated me like an idiot. I showed them that it was on their website, they were extemely rude. I travel extensively and due to my extremely busy schedule, I usually do not review hotels, but felt that this was necessary.
