Great hotel!
The room was not properly maintained. Not worth the price. No microwave in a suite !? I had to take my food to the lobby to warm it up, with no help from the staff. The room clearly needs refection. Customer service was disappointing.
Nice building, reception and room. Some things in the room weren't that clean, like human hair in the tea cups and bathroom sink. Staff was friendly but kind of slow and inefficient. Airport shuttle took us to Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 2, which ended up being a huge waste of our time. For a quick stay between flights, this hotel is fine.
Close to airport. and free shuttle to Airport. Less Noise. Public Transportation.
Very friendly front desk staff. Got stuck in the elevator twice because I wasn't told that the room key should be used to operate the elevator.
Arrived late, hotel hall feels like a train station. Long empty hallways to get to your room. i suggest getting security escort at night. But room is very confortable and clean.
Our room was nice - large bathroom and quite comfortable. Breakfast was good. The steam shower didn't seem to be working and the room with the jetted tub was locked. I thought these would be available, but maybe they needed to be booked in advance with the spa staff. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
