Mister Bed City Torcy

Stayed here as it was located about 15 minutes from Torcy RER station, which is about 10 minutes down the line from Disneyland Paris. Booked an accessible room, but received a standard room (204), which wasn't wide enough for the wheelchair, and access to the toilet was by way of a high step. The room itself was very hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning and no in-room fridge (other hotels of similar class and price in this area had both). The bed was hard, and very uncomfortable, but at least it was clean. Receptionist wasn't very polite or accomodating, but did speak English. Breakfast was very poor (such as there being no cold milk for the two cereals offered).

Recently just stayed here and I'm pretty pleased with it. Had room 119, no view but who cares? We only slept in the room. They offer breakfast here which we didn't have. Just around the the corner from the hotel there is a variety of restaurants. Kfc and mc Donalds are close by too. Bed, was a little firm but comfortable. Tv; is in French which I couldn't access English subtitles. Shower was nice, always hot and it's a power shower! It did make the floor outside the shower wet, could do with a better curtain or door. Train station is 5 minute walk away. It's 3 stops from Disneyland which took 15 mins, bonus! We went into Paris which took around 40 mins, not bad either! Perfect for a 3-4 night stay.

The hotel was pretty average. It's not situated in the best location if you're planning on spending a lot of time in Paris city. It's about 30 mins away from the centre and confusing to get to. The rooms were small and basic. The bathroom was tiny. The house keeper was incredibly rude. We had placed a do not disturb sign on the door as we had had a long day and were incredibly tired, however she banged at the door until i answered and screamed at me in french to get out of the room (I speak french). The hotel is pretty far from the airport which made getting there for our return flights very difficult as the metros stop running at 12am. The receptionist were very nice though and the hotel was clean. Close to disneyland, only 1 metro stop away, however the metro is expensive. I personally wouldn't stay here again but i wouldn't discourage others from staying.

We visited disneyland this weekend and wanted a place to stay for the night. We chose this hotel as it was near to Disney. The hotel is well located and hardly 5min walk from Torcy station. The neighborhood is very nice with lot of eateries. However don't plan long stay here as there is no air-conditioning and the room gets stuffy in summers. No fridge as well or hair dryer. The room is average but the toilet was too small almost like in a flight plus a shower area. However if you don't mind these things the hotel is very affordable and in a nice locality.

I've currently not finished my stay and I want to leave!! Room wasn't ready, so had to wait in the car because staff are to unfriendly to be accommodating, no air-con in 30 degree heat so we were very ill on the first day as there was no relief, still am ill, no fridge, completely unfriendly staff aswell as the complex behind the hotel being what I would say more local and not for tourists. Just went down to reception to ask for a knife as we bought our own food as were too embarrassed to go to the complex to buy food as its not exactly an English spoken area and the reception said no. A hotel this size doesn't have a knife. Rooms tiny and a complete waste of money, I have never ever been so disappointed in myself for booking a place so crap I looked at these reviews and yes it says average, but that's from reviews years ago just trust me on this that its not a good idea and I've stayed in hostels etc.

We used this hotel as a little stop off as we traveled through France, the receptionist was very helpful with information on where to eat locally only thing he didn't mention was none of the restaurants had English speaking staff of English written menus but we managed, the room was very clean and we both had I great night sleep on the comfortable bed, only thing I could ask to be different maybe unrestricted wifi as there aren't any English channels on TV but all in all a lovely place to stay

Cheap and cheerful for our trip to dusk and Paris Staff were nice and bed was comfy Room was very small but didn't matter as we're out exploring all day Breakfast was limited so wouldn't bother spending money on that again Easy access to RER train service

i would not stay at this hotel food is crap rooms am crap no aircon bugs all over the place rooms am so small staff am rude and they ask for more money when you deport from there will not be going back ever again

Stayed here on a school trip as a student. Nice place, clean. Nice rooms, I had a room with three beds in it, felt a bit like I was in 'goldilocks and the three bears' the first bed was really comfy, the second typical comfort the last one however felt like a plank of wood. Breakfast was nice, staff were polite and helpful. This hotel is great if you're just looking for a place to stay thats near by Paris e.t.c, without paying high prices.Travelled early 2013.

Went on a school trip with 42 students. Arrived at 11:30pm and took 40 mins to get all students into rooms as we were repeatedly given cards which were faulty. Six trips up and down the lift and after getting all the students into their rooms, I was finally given a new room as my key card did not work still. The new room was occupied!! Two very shocked French people with not a lot on! Embarrassing and especially worrying that this could have happened to one of my students. Breakfast was poor. A trolley for our school group; cold coffee, juice, plain cornflakes and pain au choc. No fruit, yogurt or butter/marmalade. We were watched constantly by a stern woman who monitored that we did not dare eat from the counter for the other guests. The spread was slightly better here but not much. We were treated like second rate citizens which was really the thing that concerned us given this hotel must make a killing from school groups due to its location close to Disney. Avoid at all costs. Other hotels in area (kyriad torcy being one) are far superior and treat school trips with equal respect as other guests.
