Lovely room with nice size bathroom and separate toilet. Cordial and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. The agent who checked me in was very friendly and informative. The cleaning crew said ``bonjour`` as we passed. The bartender in the lounge was amazing. The crew at the complimentary breakfast were very friendly. The valet was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great service, excellent room and the staff was willing to really help me. I highly recommend.

It was nice location. Subway and taxi line are very convenient. Staff was very helpful.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bar and restaurant. Wel priced for this type of hotel

Up to date hotel with friendly staff. Has a great bar to stop in after a long day out.

Loved our stay. Great location on the edge of a residential area. Get away from the crowds, but easy commute by subway to city. Station just a couple of blocks away. Easy to get from airport to hotel on RER B train and then take a short walk to the hotel or transfer to the 6 line for a couple of stops. Short walk to Catacombs. Good size rooms and baths. Separate toilet room. In room safe. Couple of pizza places close by. Loved being close to the action, but not in the middle of it.

The hotel is very comfortable, spotless, excellent service. Well worth the price, I thought. The one drawback that I experienced is the fee for Internet in the rooms. Some many other hotels have free wireless; why doesn't this one? My original plans were to stay at another hotel in the area. When I arrived, I saw that the hotel's condition and services were not as advertised. I received a refund and switched to this Marriott. So glad I did. Completely changed my initial Parisian experience from negative to positive.

Glaciere and Saint-Jacques are both within walking distance

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good location. I was very happy with my stay.

lights on the side of the building changed all night like a Las Vegas showroom. The blinds did not cover the window to keep the lights out. Location sucked was too far from all the action.

Off the beaten path, but subway access just across the street. Clean hotel.

you will need to take a cab or subway to the hotspots in paris, but to its credit, this hotel is in a quiet area and reasonably priced for a hotel in Paris. the staff were very helpful. in addition, the breakfast buffet was one of the best meals we had in Paris. overall, i would recommend this hotel.

the staff was good, but too long wait for the elevators

Room was very clean, staff super helpful, concierge was great, metro station (glaciere 1 block away on train number 6)

Some staff are friendly and some are.not. Not the best and classy location for vacation travelers but fortunately the metro station was nearby. Lobby is cold and not very classy.

This location was fine - close to metro and walkable if you choose. Definitely recommend the breakfast. Room was fine, but in general, Europeans don't understand shower design. But we weren't there to bathe. We were on the go the entire time with everything to see and were not focused on dining. So it was nice that the restaurant in the hotel was decent. Very friendly waitstaff as well. Having visited Paris years ago, was a bit concerned about the overall friendliness of the French, but was pleasantly surprised - much different experience than before. People were helpful and friendly. Made the trip much nicer. Did many touristy things including the Eiffel Tower, the Lourve, Versailles Palace, Musee d'Orsai, river tour, the Catacombs, Avenue du Champs Élysées and more. Get tickets for the Lourve from the Consierges - that alone saved hours of waiting in line. Overall, a very good experience.

staff helpful in helping us navigate the city. hop-on-hop-off bus a great convenience to get to major sites without paying big taxi cost. they stop running at 1830 so keep that in mind. as we were traveling from place to place we accumulated something no one talks about- laundry. no one we asked knew of a nearby or otherwise place to do a load.

The hotel is well situated in Paris and 30 mins walk to Notre Dame for example but the room was really not great. This is an older hotel that was renovated. The bathroom was pokey and there was a sewer odor. Also the sink got blocked. I was on the 12th floor and the building was shaking. It was kind of scary, although the view was nice. It was very overpriced for what it was, and I think you could go to Fodors and for $80 find a hotel with an experience at least as good with functional plumbing, also inthe Latin Quarter. Give this one the miss, it was fully of noisy crass people. Also the security/doormen looked like Rocky and you weren;t sure if you were going to be tackled as you walked by and got an intimidating stare.

From the time we walked through the front door we were well taken care of from checkin, bellhops taking care of luggage with early arrival. Rooms were extremely clean and neat and nicely furnished. The concierge desk was very helpful to us in getting to know and around Paris. All personel spoke English which made it helpful to us. Would recommend to anyone traveling to France.
