Summary:
Apartment with breathtaking views on the Comédie Française.

It can accommodate up to 4 people, has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm), with the possibility to separate the beds.

2 shower rooms, 1 bathtub and 2 toilets. The kitchen also is fully equipped.
It is on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor).

The Space:
You will enjoy cooking good food in a fully equipped kitchen: oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.

Spacious and bright, it is perfect for a family of 2 children.

I offer you a weekly cleaning with change of sheets, towels and tea towel.

This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

- In vocational training

- Professional change

- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

- In graduate studies

- In apprenticeship contract

- Internship

- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipments, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

The Neighborhood:
It is located a few steps from the Comédie Française. At three minutes walk, you are in Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden.

A little further, you have Opera, Place Vendome etc.

Vélib & Bus
Uber and taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is from 16:00 hours.

An ID will be required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.

This property is managed by HABITAT PARISIEN, a professional vacation and business rental company. We will take care of your check-in and accompany you during your stay to make it as successful as possible!

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
