This place has a wonderful location if you are going to a meeting at the Palais des Congres. It is close to the Arc de Triumph, and well communicated by metro RER and the Airport Buses. Location is one of the main reasons I am giving it 3 stars. Regarding the facilities, it is a very small hotel, with very small rooms. Decor is in black and brown, which makes it very murky. But you can see this from the photos, so this shouldn’t be a surprise. We were three persons arriving at the same time, two of us had to change rooms because the shower did not work, and in one case, the safe didn't work either. The elevator refused to stop at the second floor, which made it a hassle with the suitcases. The maid would consistently leave the laundry sacs in the very tiny corridors, leaving no room to pass. The shower doors did not close properly in at least two of the rooms. I am giving three stars because, overall, it is clean, and the staff is very attentive to do the rooms right after one leaves. The service in the reception was good, and they were genuinely concerned to solve the problems we faced. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows quite fluffy. This is a good place if you are going to stay for a few nights and plan to be out most of the day.
The hotel was very small with a small dark room and a very sad breakfast room in the basement. But worst of all: someone from the staff has stolen the charging cable for my iPhone. And nobody seemed to care.
Perfect location near the Arc de Triumph. Fairly small and quiet. Warm reception. Room 25 fairly small but immaculate, excellent decoration and very clean. Good continental breakfast, pleasant service. Would certainly return again.
This is a warning. Related to the PCR congress in May 2017 I was looking for a room close to the congress center. My secretary asked the reception at L'adresse to block a room for 3 hours. The price per night, 550 Euros was very expensive and it was agreed with the receptionist to just unblock the room after these hours once we would not come back to him and confirm the booking in written. Days after this I found that L'addresse took 550 Euros from my credit card for no show!!!Although there was never a formal booking request nor booking confirmation from the hotel. Several emails and calls were unresponded. I had to take a lawyer to get my money back and fight this behaviour.
Excellent location, close to the Metro, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket ... beds are not the most comfortable, the receptionist ( young lady ) at our check out almost does not understand and does not speak English which is unacceptable, ... the rate is definitely too high, since it is not included breakfast !
Althought the rooms, stair case and lift are small I enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect and the facilities were lovely. The view of the eiffel tower is okay but you are from a distance from it.
Peaceful place some little away from the crowd. Close to metro, nice cafės, restaurants and next door to an excellent indian restaurant. Good bed, nice bathroom, good size and "waterfall" shower wich gives a luxurious feel. Both safe and fridge in a closet, along with an espresso machine for Nespresso capsules and nice little cups. All walls were painted dark. Elegant, but made rooms feel small. Also I had som trouble in finding stuff, as all the room was so dark. Some more lamps to light up the place would do. I reaaly like being granted a clean white bathrobe and some slippers.Thank you! Elevator was very small, I opened the door, looked inside and decided to walk the stairs to 3rd floor. Breakfast room is in the basement, a little hidden I would say. Four, small, tables, all clean and with good coffee ordered with the kitchen personell.I would wish for a little more unsweetened bread or toast and may be some plantmilk, as I am a vegetarian. But there was plenty of jam, one or two types of cheese, croissants, crêpes, fresh juice.... Not to be complained about. Polite resceptionists. Recommended hotel for a good stay in the erea.
Very nice hotel with excellent location! Good service! MUST try the steakhouse next door, one of Paris's finest! The only comment is about how small the rooms are which is no stranger to Paris & hotels in room generally!
We stayed there as a group and found the hotel to be small but really nice. The rooms were small but well appointed. The breakfast room is small but has plenty of choices and they did accommodate us with an early breakfast. We had made a mistake with the number of rooms and people we had booked for them but they still charged and would not give ...at all...So remember to check your booking as it is expensive..but then again.. it is Paris !
I stayed for 3 nights due to business. The hotel is right next to the Porte Maillot metro station which suited me perfectly for getting to office. So the location was perfect and close to the Arc De Triomphe as well. I was upgraded to the premium room when I arrived which I was pleased about initially. The room was on the top floor (6 floor) and had a partial view to the Eiffel Tower. This was good as well. But the lighting in the room was very dark which I personally didn't like! The room itself was very small! And most critical was the whole temperature situation. I was sweating in the room and the climate system didn't seem to work at all. I had to pretty much have both windows open to manage. Even when both windows are fully closed you can hear the traffic from the outside. The staff were nice and one of them borrowed me his personal iPhone charger which I appreciated since I had forgot my own at the office. My overall assessment is an average one: 3 out of 5.
