Great staff! Macaroons in the room. Great location! Cons: I couldn’t run air conditioner at lower than 20C in the room but have not asked staff for help since it was only one night! Elevator was not coming to ground floor- not an issue for me but maybe for others. It was a good chill weather In October at night, so opening windows let me had temp I needed!

It was nice being fairly close to the center city and near the major train station, but the hotel is basically crumbling, and July is a bad time to have dodgy air conditioning.

The hotel was alright at the most. The building sits right on top of a metro line and every time a train goes by the building rumbles. Our rooms air conditioning was broken and would not turn on. I asked the desk if they could get it turned on, and they did something behind the desk for a second, said everything was working now. Returning to the room the ac still did not work. Aside from that the rest of the experience was ok. Breakfast was alright, there wasn’t a very large selection of food to eat. The coffee makers where really great! Check in and check out was super easy. The hotel is also very close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep while visiting pairs this is the place for you. If you’re someone who really cares about amenities and luxury, this is not the place for you.

If your looking for a 3 star hotel this is not the hotel, its a 2 star at best. Small rooms, very old building, small washroom. I asked if they had a better room, they showed me one, the floor was crooked, and the door didnt close all the way, was a one star room, yikes, so we kept the room we were originally given. Its a few blocks from the train station and big bus. Night life is sketchy here, would not go out after dark. We spent as much time as we could away from the hotel to have a good experience in downtown Paris, next time I will pay more to be in the center of paris for sure.

Staff very nice. Breakfast wonderful. Only dissatisfaction was the shower only. It floods to bathroom floor if on high. Great pressure however cannot use it. You bump into shower handle and it turns off. Would have like glasses to be replaced daily.

Pros: location, access to metro and bus, shops Cons: dirty carpets, old bath tub and showers, uncomfortAble beds.

Overall, our stay was a good one. However, we were fortunate that it was very cool there, as we left the window open every night because the A/C did not work. Also, it might be suggested they install an elevator there for those with disabilities or older people who have difficulties with stairs. My 73 year old mother was with us and we were left carrying our baggage as well as ourselves up several flights of stairs to our room. I would stay there again, but due to her limitations, my mother would not be able to.

Tiny room for three adults; very small bathroom; the subway trains run underneath the. Hotel constantly except from 2 to 4am. Toilet paper and bath gel not replenished. Air-cond was turned off and must open the street-facing window in order to get fresh air - noisy street all night long.

George the desk clerk was awesome. If it wasn’t for him my numbers would be lower. There isn’t anyone to help you carry your luggage to your room and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Lastly, there were three of us in the room, there were even three beds. But EVERY SINGLE night I had to go downstairs for another set of towels. Frustrating. but the room was clean and the courtyard is nice.

Close to major metros, this hotel was small but quaint. It offers a breakfast each morning for an extra cost, if you desire. We didn't. It's a small room, but suitable and clean...we had two adults and two kids. It had an A/C unit, so we were comfortable. I would stay again if needed.

The rooms are EXTREMELY small. Some rooms don't have an elevator, you must take the stairs. Breakfast is not included & they don't have face towels; only hand towels & bath towels. Staff was nice & carried all of our luggage up the stairs.

Very convenient to walk with luggage from either train station (Gare du Norde or Gare de l'Est). Pleasant greeting at front desk, including an offer of fresh walnuts from her garden. Room facing into courtyard was quiet. Bathroom with modern fixtures, instant and plenteous hot water. Good wifi in room and lobby. Breakfast buffet convenient and comparably priced. Great coffee machine! Once I returned from a tour quite chilled and although the kitchen was closed, the concierge made me a hot mug of tea. Truly hospitable. I would stay here again.

Hay poca información hacia los buepedes no estamos conformes con la información de la página en el hotel es otras cosa eso es un engaño dice desayuno incluido y luego los cobran no quedamos conformes

Dear Guest, I was extremely disappointed to read that your experience with us did not meet our usual standards and I would like to apologize on behalf of the team. The hotel ranking controls many points to which we have responded favorably for obtaining the 3 stars... We hope to have a second chance and see you again. Best regards, Cedric and his team
