Well priced mid range hotel in a high end location. Rooms are old world Paris charm with a clean modern bathroom and friendly staff. Flat screen tv and mini fridge. However, like many older Paris hotels, outlets are scarce for your gadgets. I'd consider staying here again.
I was most impressed by the staff. It is hard to remember a nicer, more helpful hotel staff. For example, we were waiting on our shuttle to the airport and it was almost 10 minutes behind expected time, and when the fellow working the desk realized this he immediately called and found the shuttle was just a minute away. We had not expressed concern yet for considering Paris traffic we did not expect it to be on time! When we had inquired about a train to the airport, the girl immediately warned us that strikes were scheduled for that day and offered the shuttle which she arranged on the spot. We got good directions and advice for anything we wanted to do and it was delivered with pleasure and not obligation. The location was perfect. We found a bar on the corner for an evening glass of wine and many restaurants all nearby. The Metro was an easy quick walk. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower along the Seine and enjoyed the sights although this may be a long walk for some. Again the receptionist had told us it was a very doable walk so we set out. Our room was small but during the rest of our time in Europe we certainly found smaller! The bath was big and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the curving staircase which we used all the time as we were only one floor up. Many lovely memories of this stay at Prince Albert Louvre
Love everything!!! It has an excellent location, the room is comfortable but the attention is what i liked the most. It's my home in Paris, there's no doubt. The receptionist was really kind and patient with our french haha, she was always willing to help us, also, the manager is a wonderful person who care about his guests .
I had a great time in Paris and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and polite to me. If you arrive early, they allow luggage deposit free of charge. Even if you have a late flight and want to sight see some more, they will still allow you to hold your luggage free of charge. The room was comfortable and I slept peacefully. The train station Pyramides is like a 4 minute walk so it is very easy to travel. Another great thing is right next to the Pyramides train station, there is a shop called Big Bus Shop and you can purchase a sightseeing bus tour around the city. That’s what I did. Well actually I had a Paris Pass voucher which I printed out from online and brought it with me the Big Bus Shop and with the Pass it included one free day of the Hop on Hop off bus tour. For 10 Euros more you can get an extra day added for bus touring ! I would certainly come to this hotel again.
Found the hotel to be quite good and better than expected. Don't expect any luxury. It is a very basic hotel, however, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay including quiet and clean rooms, helpful staff and a good WiFi connection. The location is perfect as you are in walking distance from the Louvre museum, Place Vendome, Opera House and the famous Parisian department stores. Area also has a lot of good bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Definitely value for money.
We had a 3 day short stay in Paris and being a first time traveler to Paris, hospitality and safety are very important to us. These were provided to us by Hotel Prince Albert Louvre through its Manager Mr. Mourad who was very kind and friendly all throughout our stay. With the help of his staff especially - Hajer and Hamid, we were guided on how to go to tourist spots in Paris and arranged our cruise trip. Not to mention the free breakfast, the combined ambiance of Victorian style interior and modern bathroom facilities, the hotel is worth more than you paid for. Added to these is the nice location which is the center of Paris, walking distance to almost all the marvelous sites in the city. Mr. Mourad's goodbye words to us was "Come back to Paris, you have friends here". And indeed we had.
Although advertised as a 2 star hotel, it has a perfect location for sightseeing, close to the hop on hop off bus station, the Seine, the Louvre, the Opera etc. We had a nice clean room and a big, refurbished bathroom with tub and a separate WC. Very helpful staff. I can recommend it to anyone.
I stayed one night for my business trip. Manager Mourad was Super friendly and helpful. Other staffs are also very kind . You can't expect very luxuries room as this hotel remains their traditional styles. However I found it very charming and cozy, shabby in a good way. Facilities are simple yet enough to enjoy my stay. Overall I really enjoyed the stay there . Price are very reasonable as the hotel is located at center of Paris . Definitely I want to comeback again to see them . Thank you
We had a short stay in Paris and this was a great hotel to stay at, the location was perfect and central, the room was very comfortable and great to have a fridge in the room. The manager at the front desk was so very nice and helpful to answer any questions we had and on the morning of our check out we mentioned we want to have a cup of coffee before leaving for the airport and he said he would provide is breakfast at no charge.
Second stay this year. The staff (Mourad, Hajer, Limon, Marie...) could not have been more inviting. Spacious, airy, front room; 300 m from Tuileries metro and gardens; walking distance from all major attractions; Carrefors food market around the corner. We loved our stay in Paris.
