Room was compact but plenty adequate for two. We were in Paris for sight-seeing, not sitting in the hotel. Everything was clean, all staff at front desk spoke excellent English and were happy to help us (group of four) in many ways. Location is quite good, and neighborhood is safe. With Gare du Nord only few minutes walk away, had excellent connections to Charles De Gaulle airport and other points outside Paris, even Versailles. Like most buildings in central Paris, this building is not new, but it is well maintained. I wished the staff Au Revoir until the next visit.

Rooms were small but clean and we didn't spend much time in them. Location was convenient to Sacre Coeur, Gare du Nord and not too far from other metro stops. We were pleasantly surprised by the included basic breakfast which was a nice touch, it is difficult to beat Le Rocroy in terms of value. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and is a walkable distance from the train station, but get out your GPS to get there as some of the street crossings can be a little confusing and no, it is not right next to the train station. There is a lift (small), a small lobby with a courteous staff (English speaking), a small refreshment desk with juice, soda, water. The rooms are very small, but with king beds, modern adequate size baths, modern décor and are very clean with good lighting, wifi, hot shower. We stayed 2 nights and were only in the room to sleep at night after a whirlwind walking tour during the one full day in Paris. The air conditioning worked very well too!

CENTRIC, EXCELLENT BREKFAST, CONFORT, NEAR TRAIN STATION

Easy access to the Metro and the North and east train stations.

it was a good hotel and the rooms had a modern looking feel to them. Hotel staff was friendly.

A very nice hotel near major trans hubs and points of interest plus great customer service.

Wonderful hotel in a good location. My room was tiny (not sure if a tall or bigger person could fit in the shower or move around much in the room but I'm sure all rooms are different) but unless you plan to stay in your room and not enjoy Paris, who cares? It was clean, comfy, cozy and modern. The staff was great - very helpful with directions, questions and pleasant. The only thing missing was a bar. The location is not tourist central which for me was perfect. I learned to take the Metro, walked to the Lourve and shopping districts (30 mins or so walk but you see so much along the way). I will be back!

I was very pleased with this hotel. In terms of amenities it was more like a 4 star. The room had a safe and complementary bottle of water. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting and an additional magnifying mirror. The bed was comfortable and seemed similar to a queen size by North American standards. The pillows were better than most 3 and 4 star hotels.

Quite fine. Close to Gare du Nord but in a quiet street not far to a typical Parisian square (Franz Litz). Accoustic could be better but for Paris, it is common problem.

Good overall hotel, breakfast room smelled a bit musty and selection limited. Internet was poor connection in room which was only issue that would be of concern. Overall a clean and nice hotel. 50 minute walk to Louve but a nice one and easy access to Metro.
