The location is prime! 10 min walk from Champs Elysees and Arc de Triumph, close to one of the main subway/train station in town. Staff very helpful and friendly, newly remodeled, they had a happy hour with food and drinks, complimentary, every day from 5:30 to 8:30, and a welcome glass of Champange. Definetly exceeded my expectations. We traveled with our 7 yo son, and I can also say this is a great place to stay with family!

Despite the hotel details, and the reviews mentioning the free breakfast, we were charged 18 E per person per day at the end of the trip. Until they update the hotel details to mention this, I'd avoid this hotel like the plague.

could not be a worst hotel, a basic room, very dark and very small, not even a clock one window with heavy draping to cover the side of the building next door bathroom is so small, you had to go to one side , close the door , so you can reach the sink part, and do the same in reverse to get out , the sink, was just that, had zero counterspace, so could not even put toothpaste next to the sink, had to use the soap holder ( hanging from the wall) to keep my toothbrush close !! never again

I was this believe when I have arrived. Who gives the stars to the hotels, his head should examine. I would not give no more than 2 star.

Shopping, excursions. Everything was great.

This was a great location to stay in. An easy walk to the major stores and subway very close. Liked that it was close to the Champs Élysées and I even got to eat at Laduree on this trip, so a huge bonus. Breakfast was good, the buffet in the evening needed some work. As I did not eat meat it left little for me to choose from, but there were plenty of places within walking distance that I could find something to fill the void. I would stay here again. The staff were all very helpful. Wish they gave the option of water over sodas in the fridge, but I stocked up at the supermarket close by.

The hotel and room were very clean and the decor was inviting, somewhat stylish. The staff were helpful and welcoming, truly went out of their way to help. PROS: breakfast and afternoon tea, the welcome champagne, great staff, very close to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, close to Metro stations, delicious restaurants nearby, and a lovely chocolatier across the street. CONS: Very thin walls, did not have iron or ironing board as advertised, WiFi free but very spotty -- usually unable to access it. Would likely stay again, though!

This hotel was excellent, the attention to detail is impressive and renovations are being made. The room sizes are not too bad for Paris. They provide free breakfast and a little dinner which is a great way to save money since Paris is very expensive. Most definetely recommend.

Excellent service. The staff were accomodating, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great location (near Champs Elysees) and clean. My company paid more than US$300 per night for this hotel. In terms of amenities, I've stayed at comparable hotels for US$100 per night, but of course those were not located in central Paris.

This hotel is small as a majority of Parisien hotel , but renovation is not finished yet and there is dust and contructors at the second floor , no shampagne glass offered and 200 grams beer bottle in the bar is 10 $ Thats it

Our family had planned a trip to London. I was able to obtain a room and it was large when compared to most in Europe. The B.W. Etoile Saint Honore was rather expensive in my opinion but I didn't conduct a local price comparison to determine how much. So, by local standars perhaps it really wasn't. The staff was wonderful; kind, intelligent, and able to speak English. And, within a short (10 minute) walk one is able to reach the Avenue des Champs Elysees, the major shopping area within the city. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of hot and cold buffet items. Americans will find the elevator very small but I've seen this before in Europe.
