Our group lived at this hotel for 12 nights. We contact with the hotel before we arrived. Every request got the agreement. The room is clean. Security is good. Hotel near the shopping street and easy to get the transportation. Reception has a great service mind. We have some recommend about breakfast. Because of our group stayed at the hotel about 2 weeks but breakfast is the same every morning. Hotel should prepare the difference breakfast for the guest who stay for long time.
Beautiful hotel, great price for accommodations and service. We did not speak French. IF YOU DONT SPEAK FRENCH AND WANT TO EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL SERVICE. This hotel is a must! Leonetti at the front desk ensured that we were well taken care of. She even lent me earrings one night when I forgot my jewelry. They easily accommodated two 11 year old boys. Ask about Antony's Taxi Service. Could not find a flaw with this hotel. Included breakfast was great.
I am so happy we chose this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly!! They really live up to the happy culture!! there is free macarons upon check in and unlimited coffee and snacks all day near reception. Mini bar in the room is also free!! Room was cute, a bit small but not the smallest weve seen. They also can arrange airport shuttle for an affordable fee. Location is extremely good. 10-15 min walk to champs and theres a mini grocery 2-3 mins walk away. Best of all, hotel rate was great value for money!!! Highly highly recommend this place!!!
Stayed for only 1 night. Room excellent with everything you would need. Staff marvellous with great English. Plentiful breakfast both hot and cold. France has its own plug apparently so my normal European one wouldn't fit, receptionist loaned me one, she also helped us check in for our return flight and printed off the boarding cards. Everywhere spotless and hotel perfect for getting to all the sights easily on foot.
Very nice stay! Good location and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. We we lucky enough to have breakfast included in our stay which was wonderful! Tea time in the afternoon was great when we returned back to the hotel in the late afternoon for a snack. The staff is impeccable! Jamel is wonderful and all of the staff try to make your stay as wonderful as possible! Small hotel and these extras make it very nice!
Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very accomodating to our needs. We had rooms 104 (triple) and 105 (double). Both were quiet despite being on busy roads. The triple had a queen size bed and a twin size chaise, which worked for my daughter (5'4"). The bathroom was fairly spacious with enough counter space. 8-10 minute walk to the George V or Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro stops. Walked to several restaurants nearby (La Casita, Les Oreilles et le Queue, Cafe L'Avenue) recommended by hotel which were very good. Free wifi was very good in the rooms. We enjoyed the afternoon tea 3:30-6 which was free. Did not try the breakfast, which was expensive (18 euros), but plenty of excellent cafes nearby.
Lots of descriptions, including in this case the name of the hotel, imply proximity to places which in reality tend to be a lot further away than one would assume. So in this case the Champs Elysees was actually a few streets away - while not necessarily a big deal, is useful to know before hand if you are not in fighting form. Google maps is your friend. Chain run establishment - old Parisian building done up nicely and in a modern style on the inside. Very sweet staff, 24hr coffee, they do serve breakfast but we chose to buy fresh croissants and coffee at the local bakery which were great, so cannot comment on the breakfast but people were certainly eating there. Location is sort of mixed - at a macro level its in a good area, at a specific level it is a brisk walk from the metro but there are local buses that stop outside and taxis are plentiful as is Uber and to get to the Opera area, etc., its a bit of a hike on foot. Rooms, beds, showers all great. We got there at noon but couldn't get the room till official check in time, so had to mark time but that's not unusual. The view from our room looked like the first Bourne movie when Matt Damon goes to Paris - wide streets with massive trees and classical buildings, cars and bikes parked on both sides. We would stay there again.
We had three nights in this hotel. Decor is a little tired, however the staff and the little touches, such as afternoon teas made up for it. The hotel is very clean and had everything we required. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly, I cannot fault them. Breakfast had cooked items, breakfast parties, pancakes, fruit and bread. Afternoon tea had lovely petit fours and the carrot cake was one of the nicest I have had. The location is good only five minutes from the Champs Elyse and we could see the Arc de Triomphe from our room. The roads the hotel is situated on have a lot of traffic, however the windows are very well sound proofed and the traffic noise cannot be heard in your room. We would definitely stay here again.
Right from our first meeting the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and quiet and looked freshly decorated. The bed was comfortably and the room not overly hot. The bathroom is a full bathroom with bath and plenty of room. The hotel provided morning and afternoon tea and a buffet breakfast. Location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe. We walked to most of the tourist attractions from the hotel. The cafe Chez Barbara is close for simple meals in good company.
Very well located hotel for the Arc de Triomphe/Monceau area. Room small but not conspicuously so by Paris standards. Everything clean and well maintained. Really friendly, helpful staff. Good value for money. Ideal for a short stay.
