Very pleasantly surprised with the Campanile Bastille. Great location with easy access to Bastille metro and restaurants/stores. Our room was quiet, facing interior courtyard, and was able to sleep with open window. Beds were comfortable and room had everything we needed. Great value and definitely recommend.

There is no individual heating or AC available in the rooms. we had to open the windows as the room was hot and could not sleep in the night as there was a lot of noise on the streets. The rooms were not adequately cleaned everyday and the reception staff are rude. we asked for an extra pillow and literally got yelled yet. Do not stay here even if offered free. The lady in the reception - Monique is extremely rude, please realize that you are getting paid to do your job and treat hotel guests with respect!!

This was very nice hotel, situated in a good spot for tourist. The staff was nice & the location is great

the hotel was really in good location and it was beyond my expectations regarding the room and amenities in the hotel thank you

The rooms were very small, but the beds were comfortable. Their showers were awesome. I didn't like it enough that I would stay there again when I go back to Paris. It was close to the metro and bus stops.

nice hotel for a 3 star. clean, quiet, good service, great location (near to metro and city center).

No computer terminals for client use in the hotel, unlike Novotel, Ibis, So0fitel, and other chains. WIFI did not work in hotel room, did not work at all on SUNDAY, with no apology. I got one of those "AH, non, pas aujourd'hui," without so much as a "sorry/ desole." I asked for info about an SFR agency in the neighborhood. I got a "don't know," "maybe around Place de la Republique." I had to ask the employee if she could look this up on her computer (THAT did not occur to her) and the answer was "OK but I cannot guarantee/je ne garantit rien" as if she had to get off the hook, or just get rid of me. All told, an example of the notorious impoliteness, "morosite" that has been in the French press since a poll last Spring (look it Up). In sum, I had the experience of a staff what was not forthcoming with help, but rather used to holding back. Not UNfriendly, but MOROSE.

Very bad experience . I arrived at 5 pm to the hotel , the receptionniste was unpleasant , eventhough I've asked for higher floor room , she gave me a small room on the flirst floor , the carpet was dirty , the bathroom was old and there was no kleenex ... In one word I was very disapointed . Never recommand it to anyone .

They had a room fort me at 10:am and it was spacious and clean .

This is a no-frills hotel two minutes from the Chemin Vert metro station and five minutes from the Bastille. Wifi was included but did not work in our room, only in the lobby. If you need a place to sleep after a walking around Paris all day this is a clean, conveniently located hotel close to the metro.

I stayed here on my last trip to Paris and I loved the hotel and the area around the hotel so much that I booked this hotel again. It's a very nice and modern hotel and the Bastille area is the perfect area to stay in. I love that it's not super touristy but there is a subway station one block over from the hotel so you can get anywhere that you want to go. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good but expensive so we only ate breakfast on our last day at the hotel. There is a bar in the hotel and a vending machine which is nice. There is a nice courtyard which I love. It has a little fountain that is great to put you to sleep at night. The hotel is air conditioned which i nice in the summer. There are restaurants all around this hotel and the Bastille monument and subway stop is just a few blocks away. Pere La-Chaise cemetery is a short walk away. Also, there is a great park on the way with a fountain and lots of gardens and it is a nice place to sit and eat with a lot of locals. I really love this hotel and area and I will be staying here again on my next visit I'm sure.

Its a good hotel, with a ver young vibe. Its in a nice area. The staff its ok, not wonderful but ok. It has a great location! Near a metro station! Loved it.
