We stayed there recently but room was too hot n AC is not giving any cool air. It was poorer than fan. We asked staff to fix but it wasn't fixed and we ended up staying opening window that night. Next day still AC is not working but it was giving some air and it turn on turn off automatically as we came to know that reception staff has control over AC. Plus ! When we came to hotel I showed my passport when asked by reception black woman but she talked rudely to me and said don't you know how to speak your name? That's how we get welcomed!!! Our name isn't in French do for her convenience we gave passport to look for name. We have stayed there before many times but this time it was really not welcoming feeling instead we felt racist black woman.

I was somewhat taken back when we got to the hotel. It is off the beaten path, it was cold outside being January, so that did limit how much we walked around, but in hind sight I wish we would have stayed in a more populated area. Our room had a large bleach stain on the carpet entering the bedroom area from the bathroom. While I understand they cannot change carpet every time there is an accident, it did in my opinion bring the room down. The subway was just outside our window but I am happy to say that we did not hear it. Breakfast was just ok, typical items.

We had a great visit and had a good experience at Baldi. Nice staff. Very clean. Kinda tiny, but is expected for Paris. The price was great. Get the breakfast---seriously---best deal ever!

This hotel is only a place to sleep in Paris. It is clean, near the Eiffel and Montparnasse towers (15-20 min walk on different directions), it has 2 subway stations 4 min walk distance and several cafes/bakery in the area, as well as pharmacy and other businesses, although most of them close on weekends. It is a tall narrow old building as most places in town. The elevators is an adventure (tiny, slow, semi-open). Small rooms and bathrooms, with the typical double bed, flat TV and individual AC. Even though small, everything works well. I didn't try breakfast but it is available for an additional fee that is very fair. In general, personnel is not the most friendly, but you may encounter one of the cleaning ladies that is really nice and does her best to try to understand and help or please you. :)

The hotel was small and needs work, very old. The lift is so tiny it fits 2 small sized adults and 2 luggage at max. The cleaning person never refilled our conditioner, we had to ask multiple times. First time, the man told us they dont refill every day. Im like are you serious cause im sure i paid everyday to stay in the room and i expect things to be refilled. Next, only bed were made and towels were changed and trash thrown away so they did the bare minimum, what about vacuum the floor for dirt? Theres a huge corner of dust and it looks like its been there since inception. Breakfast was not worth the $, eat nearby. Its right in fromt of train so if you open windows, you will hear the trains at night. Only pro, 15min walking distance to eiffle tower.

We loved our stay and the friendly staff. We would love to stay again.

For the price, I am satisfied. My 8 year old and I stayed in a single room. Very small, but comfy. One of the benefits of the room being so small is that the AC unit cooled it quickly. Be advised though, housekeeping will turn off the air and open a window when they come to clean. Also, if you leave the hotel, you must turn in your key to the front desk and pick it up again when you come back. Kinda weird. We had no problems, though. There is a market right across the street that is super convenient. Hotel is pretty close to a couple of metro stops too. A pedi cab ride to the eiffel tower is about 20 euro from the hotel. A word of advice: book the shuttle service that the hotel offers for 18 - 26 euro a person 24 hours in advance to the airport. This is way cheaper than any other option. Also, you will need to give yourself at least 1.5 hours to get to CDG airport from the hotel with traffic. Even if you take the train. Plan accordingly. I will fly into Orly next time. Way cheaper to travel into and from the city. Staff was super helpful. Very accomidating.

Eceeds expectation especially at an affordable price!

The hotel and staff were on point. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful for any questions I had on the city and how to get around on the subways around Paris. The room was small but fit all of our needs and was very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to anybody single or couple. Easy access to the subway metro number 6. It was a twenty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the metro and a good walking distance to the Eiffel tower. The staff was super friendly and the room had all that it needed for spending the night there.

Overall our experience at the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we were trying to figure out how to get around. Everything was very clean. The location was okay but you had to get on the train to get anywhere other than the Eiffel tower (which was still pretty far away). Definitely not a lively section of town so it was tough to find food nearby so I wish breakfast was included in price or a la carte.
