Very clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff especially the ladys who serve the breakfast! 100% I recommend it! The underground it's 2 min walking and the rooms are very quiet and the beds very very comfortable!
I realise the hotel rooms in Paris are often quite small but this would probably be the smallest hotel room I think I’ve ever stayed in. New York and Amsterdam included. I have a bad back and the fact that there wasn’t really any room for a chair, let alone a desk to work at, was a little bit of a problem. The bed was very comfortable but two nights was just about my limit here. I read that the breakfast is supposed to be complimentary but I was charged. I have no idea why. The staff were polite and friendly. 5 out of 5 there. It’s a tiny, quite smart hotel, verging on the chic. Overall, I liked it but it was the location that swung it for me. It was a ten minute walk away from my temporary job and therefore close to perfect.
No negative things to say about this hotel. We had a tiny room but then we were on a budget (less than $100 through an internet deal). There's an in room safe which was great. The wifi worked, and coffee and croissants were complimentary. I would stay here again.
Typical 3 stars, comfy bed, good location, friendly staff. Didn’t eat there so can’t tell much about food. Room was good size apart the toilet which was so small it was impossible to pee with closed doors (I am really tall and my knees were crushing into the closed door basically. That can be really awkward if you travel in couple - no privacy at all when using toilet. Bathroom has really poor lighting so forget about being able to apply make up (girls first world problems..). Also the door stopper in bathroom was bang on in middle of the room which I managed to walk into twice. Very painful! So in summary some poor design decisions but overall ok. Despite all this I’d reconsider to return and maybe get better room. Maybe I was just unlucky with this one.
We came here for valentines day and there was nothing wrong with the room or hotel, we had absolutely no problems with anything like things not working etc.The bathroom was lovely with small spotlights in the shower but based on the pictures I expected the rooms to be as they look but they were actually very small and a bit dull compared to the pictures, not sure if we were just given that room or if they're all like that? It states on booking.com there is a hotel bar, when we asked we were directed to a mini fridge with a sofa...in the reception. We had breakfast included but when we asked where to go we were sent to a different hotel over the road where the breakfast was ok but was the same thing every day. I don't know if this is always the case or if the hotel was maybe having the restaurant done? It was close to a number of bars, restaurants and train/tube stations. I would stay here again but only for a good price. We think we paid way too much for what we got. The staff on the reception were lovely, helpful and spoke good English. It was a nice hotel I just think it could be better with a bit of work and modernisation and lower prices.
All 3 rooms we had were upgrades and very nice. The staff was all incredibly helpful with everything, including helping w cab rides, calling places we visited, and all spoke excellent English. One of the girls wrote a note in French for my sister to get back into the Louvre to retrieve her passport prior to us getting to the airport. She was extremely friendly and nice.
When we arrived, there was a couple there that was just raving about the hotel. At check-in the customer service was outstanding. Ask for a room as high up as you can possibly get. They actually upgraded us when I asked about it and we got a wonderful room with a balcony. The breakfast is included but keep in mind it is only offered at their sister hotel across the street so you just have to walk across a narrow street to get there. This hotel was very clean and the staff are so nice and very accommodating. There's a coffee machine downstairs and free croissants every day. We stayed in in a few hotels in Paris and this was by far the best with major train hubs close by, Great restaurants and patisseries nearby. We would definitely stay here again
I really enjoyed my stay at the Angely Hotel with my boyfriend. The rooms are incredibly decorated. Our bed was huge, and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was my personal favourite bit, as it was a wet room, all black, and had glittery lights in the walls and flooring. It made for a very exciting shower experience! The rooms were perfect for myself and my boyfriend, but we are both quite small. If we were any bigger we wouldn't have been able to fit in the room we stayed in! It was tiny. Although all rooms in Paris are on the small size, we did not have much room to walk around the bed. The toilet (separate to the bathroom) was also tiny, and if you have claustrophobia you might find that a bit of a nightmare. I'd also like to point out that although the website says the bedrooms are soundproof, they are most definitely not, and we heard a lot of things we would rather not have done during our stay! Haha. The hotel is situated near Republica and Oberkempf stations, with lots of bars and restaurants around it. It's also close to Saint Martin, which was a beautiful area surrounding canals which I would definitely recommend if you like bars and cafes.
This place was perfect for my solo trip. Stayed here 10 nights. The room was small but very clean. Not sure I could have stayed in this small of a room if someone was with me. There are upgrades to bigger rooms but I was being cost conscientious. Location is spectacular with 2 subway stations a quick walk away. Wonderful cafes for morning coffee or evening beers. Front desk staff is super nice.
Located in the Rebubligue area and close to ALL PARIS ATTRACTIONS. Metro and Uber are available and so are many restaurants and cafes. You will love your small room that will be very clean and modern with old world charm. Breakfast is also available. Good big screen TV. Excellent bathroom.
