Very good experience, good customer service, great staff

location was perfect, some things were lacking, like a luggage rack.very tight room

A very friendly staff and being a Holiday Inn you get most of the room amenities you would get in the US of course the size is smaller. No wash cloths in the bathroom but seems common in Europe. The hotel is well situated for Paris and that is a real bonus. On a main street which had noise until late in the evening on the weekend nights. My only real complaint is that we never had good internet. Both my wife and I have MacBook Airs( new) and neither of us could use the internet effectively.

My wife and I celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary in Paris and found this perfectly situated hotel in the heart of historic Paris. You are literally 2 minutes from the Seine, 5 minutes from Notre Dame and 10 minutes from The Louvre (walking). My wife and I walked everywhere but there is a Metro/RER stop right before crossing the bridge going to Notre Dame - so if you would rather use mass transit to go to other points in Paris it's easy.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre and many other distinct landmarks.

perfect location and nice rooftop patio. staff was very friendly and helpful booking restaurant reservations and giving us directions.

This hotel is in a great location of Latin Quarter. It is walking distance to Notre Dame and restaurants/cafes and shops. It has central AC where you can control the temperature in your own room. It is super nice and cool on hot summer days in Paris. Plus, it is roomy compared to other European hotels which are small. We loved it. Highly recommend it to everyone to stay here.

had a great stay at the hotel. The roof top area is worth the price. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was a great/easy way to start the day.

Was good, but I prefer to be near chams elyses, be cause I want to be at the shopping zone

Great location for all of the outstanding Paris sights and experiences. Small room with very limited space to spread out. Bathroom door was just a panel of frosted glass that didn't lock or close all the way. Rooftop view was worth the inconveniences.

Don't let the neme scare you. We stayed for a full week and were delighted. First, let me say that the rooms are terribly small. Think of it as a cabin on a ship. Also, there is a window from the bedroom into the bathroom. You have to really like the person you're with a lot. There is a shade but if you like maximum privacy - be forewarned. That said, the location is absolutely wonderful. If you like to be in the middle of everything then you will ove it. The Metro and the RER are both close by with easy access to CDG and Versailles. Lots of places to eat and there's a small grocery next door (closed on Monday) that's very handy. The rooftop bar is wonderful especially if the weather is nice. We lucked out and had glorious weather the entire stay. The staff is pleasant. They do try to get in annd clean your room early so make sure to put the chain on the door. The A/C was wonderful which is always something I worry about in Europe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the roof top deck for a glass of wine! Easy access to the d'Orsay and Louvre. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you.

Location great for the stay, tough to get to in Paris traffic from the airport. Don't miss the roof top view of the city, and do stay up for a glass of wine and illumination of the Eiffel tower A couple of blocks walk to Notre Dame, to the metro and to a boat launch. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel food service limited. Room very clean and comfy, just small for the price by US standards. Wireless internet provided. Staff were terrific, even at 5 am when we had to leave for our next flight! We would certainly stay here again.

First off let's just say the hotel is in the perfect location. It is within walking distance of the major sites. The staff was extremely polite and helpful . I could not have asked for a better experience.

Memorable staff - friendly and always there to help. Rooms are small but wonderfully maintained so I don't see any issues. There are outside noises but thats the type of place you are at right in the middle of the busy city centre where it's busy and exciting! Highly recommended and easy to find!

The room was too small. There were no drawers and precious little other storage space. Do not expect to unpack your bags. Wonderfully comfortable bed and nice staff. The location was superb. A short walk to the all the must see attractions. Only one block from the most convenient metro and rer stations. Do not rent a car unless you want to pay a lot for parking and probably wreck it in the insane Paris traffic. Buy your wine in the local markets where the local Parisians shop. You will get fabulous wines for 2.50 euro. Every restaurant we visited was unbelievable.

Location was great and room was clean. Who goes to Paris to stay in their room though? Staff made this experience wonderful. They checked me in hours ahead of schedule, were wonderfully patient with my horrible French and were professional the entire time. They set a great tone for my first visit to Paris.

Hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly and the location couldn't get any better. Walking distance to everything a first time visitor wants to see.

location! metro stop steps from hotel and notre dame 2 blocks away. what else can i say.

As a wheelchair user, it appeared to me that this hotel had made a sincere effort. However, there were several issues that made the stay difficult. Of course, they do not have the accessibility standards we have in the U.S., so my expectations were lowered and I was able to make do. The entrance access requires getting the attention of someone at the front desk to open the accessible entrance. The accessible room does not provide grab bars for the shower and the shower bench is very small. The lavatory fixture is extremely hard to operate. The hotel provides computers but the cost is high and the desk for them is very high. There are several other access issues, but the wilingness of the staff to help goes a long way in making up for the hotel's barriers.
