This is a nice hotel for the money that you pay. We stayed here for one night and we got a free upgrade to a room with a bed. the room that we booked had a sofabed (which we did not know). The room with the normal bed was not the most comfortable bed i ever layed in, but it was okay for one night. it was really confinient for us to stay in this hotel cause it is within 15 minutes walking distance from Disneyland and it's just a few blocks from a huge shopping mall (Val D'europe). the hotel provides a free shuttle bus also that goes multipe times per hour to different locations in the village including disneyland, the station and the mall. We did not have any complaints at all. staff were okay and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. the pool was nice as well and not busy at all. Very nice alternative if you do not want to stay in the ugly overpriced disney hotels. Our room even had view on the tower of terror, which made our stay even better!

Good for me i just staid 1 night. The beds where terrible since in fact wherent beds but sofas. The design of the hotel was nice, the location great, break fast ok, but for me having such "beds" revels a terrible consideration for customer confort that i cant let pass. If the hotel fixes that and becomes a very interesting place to stay.

This hotel is located ideally for EuroDisney and is actually nearer than some of the Disney hotels. It is a 20 minute walk to the park, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel in case you would prefer to get the bus, which is free and runs a frequent service. The rooms include a fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and dishwasher, so you can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner if you want to. There is a large supermarket about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel so you can stock up on food. Also near a large shopping centre and shopping outlet, and there are a number of restaurants about, in case you get fed up of eating inside the park. The kitchenette is separated from the main bedroom by a sliding door, so you can shut the kitchen area off if you want to. Good value for money, and I would recommend this for any families visiting Disney.

Friendly staff , good location, budget friendly, free shuttle, clean, comfortable ... specially good for staying with family. The staff helped us with a misunderstanding from the booking agency. It has three stars.

Ok where to start :- Apart from the fact that on arrival we were given a room key for a room that had already been allocated to someone else and was full of there clothes ,suitcases etc & once we had been given a new room it didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed , i thought it best to summarise the stay into the below categories. Good - Hotel is in a great location about 3-4 km from the Disney park ,Shuttle busses stop right outside the door every 15-30mins and serve 3 local hotels only so almost like your own private bus, plus you are the last to be collected and the first to be dropped off so this is a bonus .You can walk to the Giant Shopping Mall which is great to stock up on food if you plan to take Rolls etc into the Park ( good tip as it saves you lots of money). Our Family room for 4 people was nice and big with 2 single beds and a sofa bed you can actually sleep on. Bad - There is no room service unless you are staying more than 7 days so tis means having to make your own bed but more annoyingly having to go down to reception every time you need more towels and either taking the dirty ones with you or leaving them in your room. Breakfast room itself was nice and large but the Layout of the food area is ill perceived and cramped to the point where the knives and forks are in drawers which are not labelled so its by chance you find them but the biggest issue is they are in front where the bread / toaster is so people are always in the way. Indifferent - I think to sum up the hotel is probably a 3 star it was ok but nothing more , would i go back not sure depends on what else is available and how it stacks up .

Went recently for a short trip to Disney. There is a free shuttle that comes regularly that is shared with some other hotels. This time of year we didn’t have any problems with having to wait due to a full bus. On to the hotel. This is an “extended stay” type of hotel. Meaning no regular housekeeping. We stayed in Executive Studio, Kitchenette, for 2 persons. We got there early due to our flight but the rooms were not ready until 1500. They have a closet by reception for your bags so you can walk around while you wait. There is a large mall with a grocery store not to far away you can walk there. When we got to the room, we discovered even though it was advertised as having air conditioning, and even though it was warm in the room, we were told the air conditioning was now off for this time of year. We also were unhappy with the pillows on the bed. They provide 2 each, but 2 barely make up 1 pillow. The kitchenette was nice. They provide pots, pans, dishes, and minimal silverware. There’s also a dishwasher and they provide 1 dish detergent. We hand washed and ran the dishwasher on the last night. Supposedly they have breakfast from what the other reviews said but we were not told so we purchased eggs from the grocery store. I wouldn’t call the toiletries they provide as “designer”. We got 1 bar of soap for our hands and a container in the shower that was hair and body wash. We also only received 2 body towels, and 1 floor towel. No hand towels were provided. The hotel was pretty quiet. Some guests got loud in the mornings but I’m guessing it was children excited for Disney.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we thought it was very nice. Just what we needed for a short break. Nice room and bathroom and the surrounding areas were very nice. Short walk to the two shopping centres with great shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the Disney parks with a free shuttle bus should you prefer. Breakfast was ok but I would not have paid for it separately but it was adequate. Continental with no hot food except boiled eggs. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we’re not there long enough to try and enjoy the sauna and swimming pool. I would happily stay here again and Recommend. Tea and coffee would have been welcome and some more pillows would have been great.

Booked on the back of TA forum recommendations I was so pleased I did go for the Hi-Park Serris. At £160 for 2 nights for a family of 4 its an absolute bargain, yes you don’t get the magic hours of staying in a Disney Hotel but it worked out several hundred pounds cheaper, with no other compromises. Plus there is a free shuttle bus to and from the Park. Note this does not require booking and can get busy, we got the first bus which was very quiet and were in the queue by 9am, entering Disney park at 9.30 on the dot to make the most of the fast passes and quieter queue times. The hotel itself is ideally located, 5 mins walk to loads of restaurants and the Val D’Europe shopping centre. Within shopping centre are many high street stores but also a large Auchan supermarket and a RER train station to take you to Paris. The supermarket is open until 9.30pm, so on our first night we bought breakfast and sandwich stuff for the following day. The room we booked was a 1 bed, with sofa bed in the living room, which also had a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher so could eat in should you wish. Reception is open 24 hours so no concerns over your arrival time and the staff are multi-lingual and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cheaper alternative for a Disney stay. We booked at transfer to the hotel from CDG with ezyshuttle (check the TA forum) at a cost of 70e, great service, there waiting for us in the terminal on arrival with a sign.

Stayed here September, 2017 and booked through Opodo. Staff were very polite and attentive and fully answered any questions we had. We used the car park under the hotel which was more convenient than risking finding a parking space and was secure for our hire car. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped but complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated. Bed was comfy enough and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was continental but a wide choice and we found enough to set us up for the day. We only used the shuttle bus service to Disneyland twice as the hotel is within about 20 minutes walk and we were fortunate with the weather but I would think that families with small children would struggle as the bus gets quite full. Val d'europe is about 5 minutes walk away and is packed with a good assortment of shops and places to eat. Overall the hotel is a reasonable price considering its good central location for Disney and Val d'europe and I would recommend it for couples and families.

3 nights while traveling to disneyland. Adults with 2 children. Hotel has quiet rooms equip with large bad plus a sofa-bed for children. Shuttle to and from disneyland, share with other 2 hotels. Very disappointed with service from disneyland to hotel at night. The driver leave the guests 300m before the hotel, middle of nowhere, raining cats and dogs, even with children because it claims the bus stop is there. Do not understand because on the opposite way it stops at the hotel door. Complaint done at hotel. They said it like this in France!! Also, frequency of bus to return is low when needed the most, like after the evening show, while high during afternoon when there's none returning. Result is buses completely packed at rush hours. For 3 the whole stay there was not cleaning to the room, not even doing the beds. The day of arrival we called the hotel twice and we were left on hold for 5 minutes until we have up. There was a bucket in the middle of the corridor taking drips from the ceiling for 3 days. Nobody cared. No room service. Only some vending machines. Breakfast is good. Do not recommend this hotel.
