The Pictures look a lot better than how the Apmt looks. It was ugly/confusing getting to front door of apmr. No number on the Apmt door. Restroom is tiny!!! Not as nice as picture. Definitely a 9 or 10 rating like it says on the reviews

We were excited to find a place in such a great location. Everything they advertised was true. Plenty of restaurants right outside your door. We walked to all museum and attractions. Check in was easy and we had no problems. We will definitely book again. Thank you Nicholas!

Great Location

This is wonderful location and a very nice little apartment. There are a few more steps to get up to the apartment that we were prepared for. It was a challenge for us due to our age and amount of luggage we had. Would recommend the apartment. Nichols was extremely helpful and responded to every question we had, no matter how trivial they were. Close to restaurants, grocery, and bakery. Worth the stay.

Nice confortable apartment with great location. Everything was as listed, easy self check in, we stored our luggage with them for a few hours also. Only comment was that the dryer was not working, only the washer worked they have washer and dryer, but the drying cycle is not working well. We could not get our clothes dry. Also I feel it is a bit overpriced.

Great location. Anything you could need within walking distance. Very clean apartment and easy access upon arriving. Construction is ongoing across the street and we did get woken up around 7am every morning by this, but we were aware of it before arriving.

This place checks all the boxes close to everything in the 1st arrondissement

This place was amazing, within the 1st arrondissement. You walk out your door and to the left is The Louvre Museum less than a block from the apartment. Solid rated restaurants are on the same block you are staying. Also, you can walk to many attractions within 10 minutes from this apartment. The metro is just up the block on Avenue de l'Opéra (Pyramides Station). The crew at Habitat Parisien made sure to hold our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. The three girls that were working at the office were very pleasant and informative. They also checked in with us during our trip to make sure we didn't have any questions. This organization runs everything top tier and the property was very well cleaned upon our arrival. This apartment had 20 plus feet ceilings, as you can see from the pictures. It's always nerve wracking booking a trip out of country because you don't always get what you expect. Well the team from Habitat Parisien put my mind at ease as soon as we arrived.
