Nice apartment! A little tight, but not too bad. Wish there was a toilet in the master bedroom. Also, not having AC was really tough. Despite having fans, it was really hot in there!

The room furnishings were overall nice, and very clean (main bathroom is nice).walkable to restaurants nearby but far (20 minute) ride from central city and sites. The room AC is not working and very limited airflow. The elevator is very small but only first floor location so ok, hallways smelt of takeout everyday.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit and the host “check my guest”. The listing is inaccurate and the host knows it. Firstly, there is no AC. The listing clearly states that there is AC and I messaged VRBO to confirm. We immediately informed the host who told us that the owner disabled the AC a while ago and that their company got acquired by an indian company and that they don’t update the listing… Moreover, there is mold in one bedroom, the fridge doesn’t close, the front door is an inside hollow core door and the main secure floor door doesn’t lock. Communication with host was very poor. Host doesn’t pick up phone or respond to voicemail. Whatsapp replies are sporadic. Checkin /out instructions are confusing.

Paris vacation

This was our first time in Paris, so I did not have any other reference. The apartment was very nice. However, we had a very warm spell and there was no air conditioning. There are three small portable fans. I had to buy another one just to get the air moving. It did cool off a bit in the evenings however, when we opened your windows, we were right on a street with people who were smoking and speaking loudly all night I’m sure I would have a different perspective of this place during a cooler time but sleeping there on hot night was very uncomfortable.I would suggest that they buy some portable air conditioner units. Would have made this so much more pleasant stay. , At least get some more big fans.

Very good location and good amenities. No AC and wasn’t ready at check in. Bathroom was in the same room as one of the bedrooms and leaked water. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for 7 people over 3 ish days. The owners were helpful but stopped giving much help after check in. Very very noisy outside and hard to sleep.

Great location

The location was great, and the place was clean, close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants and transportation. My complaint is with Belvilla booking as they take a good amount of time to respond and the fact that in the listing description it said the Apt. had A/C when in fact that was not the case. We did not find out about the A/C not working until check-in. That to me is very deceptive.
