We have stayed with this hotel previously and were beyond happy with the accommodations - from the room to the spa to the restaurant - everything was fantastic. So of course at the end of our next trip we booked this hotel once again to make our life easy for an early CDG departure the following day. Our room was on the wing that was undergoing remodeling which means everything had freshly been painted (read smelled like turpentine, including our room). Upon arrival zero help with baggage just an abrupt move your car. We decided this time to forgo the spa and headed to dinner. Explicitly explained wife can't eat fish due to allergy yet the salad still came out with fish. The ice machine was broken so no ice for a cocktail on the rocks however we walked 15 ft after dinner and to our surprise the bar had ice. Our dinner server seemed to not really want to be bothered with us. I could continue but I think the point has been made. Our first stay was lovely our second stay proved to be less inviting and likely won't be returning. Make travel easier for travelers we will spend money if taken care of but the loss of a guest due to being a pure inconvenience doesn't bode well.

Gold Line Shuttle from CDG drops you at 5* Relais Spa Hotel. Friendly check in staff welcomes you to a spacious room equipped with small kitchenette and nice modern bathroom. Free shuttle transports you to the Aeroville shopping center in 15 minutes with upscale shops and a nice food court. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler who would like a restful stay before or after their flight.

Arrived on Sunday 04.02.2017. Hotel is clean and convenient to mass transit. Shuttles are timely and roomy... The rooms are larger than the avg european hotel room.. The bar food in noticeably better than the restaurant. Up side, The hotel is a quick metro ride to restaurants and tourist attractions Down Side, if you're hungry late in the afternoon... STAY IN PARIS, and away from Paris rush hour (commute)...

Arrival was ok. We were greeted well. We did not realize this at the time of reservation but it was apparently for people who are flying out. We were fl y ingredients back so it was fine but at the check in they INSISTED we submit proof so I had to go to airline website then email them our itinerary. Bit of hassle but we were not upset. Restaurant was bit overpriced but good food and very casual. Breakfast was available from 5 am which is good but 20 Euro (!) Our room is fine. Very minimal amenities especially toiletries: just soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Even Holiday in Express offers more than this. anyway, the corner of room had some dust and small ball of hair. gross. Shelf under the sink had someone's underwear. so gross. overall, we were disappointed especially with the room.

I stayed here on my last night in Paris because I had a early flight the next day. The room was clean overall but needed a little work in the bathroom because the shower tile didn't look clean. We ate dinner in the bar because we didn't want to have a big meal and it wasn't very good. I would recommend eating before getting to the hotel unless the restaurant has better food? It's a fine hotel for a single night stay and you want to stay close to the airport. They do have a free bus to and from the airport which is nice.

I had expected more from a 4 star hotel. Wasn't a bad experience, it just wasn't what I had expected

The service at the hotel was spectacular, personnel was attentive and very customer-satisfaction oriented which is not a given for French people even though the staff was quite international. The spa itself is amazing, we want every day yo take full advantage of the steam room and sauna for their well-being advantages. The room was very spacious and as promised we were upgraded to an executive room, that was a very big plus to the overall experience. We will definitely go back and highly recommend no doubt!

I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had a layover and rather than wait six hours at the airport we opted for a later connection and spent the night in a nice bed. Their is a bus that picks up from the airport and from the hotel. The spa and pool looked great. Our room was nice with micro and small stove. Too bad we only stayed the night. It seems there are a lot of airline personnel that stay there.

Our room was immaculately clean, and had every amenity we could want. The hotel is very big, but our room was completely quiet. The free shuttle bus was busy but convenient, took about 30 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 2. It also stopped first at Terminal 1. The Brasserie Flo was very good for dinner.

The Hotel is Dirty and Old. Very loud!! Looks like a Motel. The Lobby is falling apart. I tried to call them they don't answer the phone. The rooms are not clean. I booked a room with two beds and received a one bed. They give you only two codes for wifi. It takes 35 to 40 min by there shuttle service which the drivers are rude and packed with several people going to other hotels in the area. I hope this helps. Don't wast your money on this Hotel like i did. There are several hotels in the area that are better than this one. How this if a 5 star Hotel blows my mind!!!

The hotel is 15-30 min from the airport, with a free shuttle available, so if the proximity to the airport is your top priority, it is an excellent choice. The room is clean and comfortable, the shower is great, and there is a kitchenette in the room (not sure if there are any grocery stores in the area though...). The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and relatively affordable. Getting to Paris is time consuming, so if you are there to visit the city, you should look for a place in the downtown area instead.

HOrrible experience We picked this hotel because we had an early flight the next day and it was the only hotel with shuttle services at 5 amans we could have enjoy the spa so we could relax before or flight the next day Turns out the spa was in construction and we were just sitting in our room until the next day, if we knew we could have enjoy one extra day in Paris instead of being far and bored in the room We had to be at the airport at 5.30 am and the shuttle was our best option but it never came because of road construction in the main street and we were being late Lucky the staff was great and got us a private chauffeur and we got there on time. It was a big mistake from this website or to warn us about the problem ahead of time and we sure not to trust this website anymore

this hotel is a fine place for a stay near the airport.

I really wanted to like this hotel. I was unable to get a massage or a facial because the sessions were fully booked but pool and SPA were amazing. It is not all perfect though. There are many little things missing and really made the stay less than perfect. When I entered the room, I found the bedspread stained, and they sent a housekeeper to change it. Later that night, I realized there wasn't a remote control for the TV nor a hair drier in the room. The toilet paper holder was tilted, and the closet was missing one door handle. They were all very sympathetic about the little issues but really could not help you very much. The airport shuttle was a great thing to have, but please note that it stops in a location far, far away from the actual check in area, so please allow at least 15 minutes earlier if you don't want to run for your flight. The room was clean an comfortable and the experience is wow-worthy otherwise. I hope they will improve because I would want to stay there again.

Arrived to really loud bizarre music in big cavernous lobby. Place has a feel of spooky emptiness. Our room- was a junior suite for 3 persons- walk into a corridor with toilet- no sink- in a closet opposite the galley kitchen. Then on in to the sitting area and around into the bedroom/ bath area. One robe and 2 towels for 3 people. Asked for ice- had to walk around 3 floors to find it. A/C not working- called - repairman removed clogged filter so fan worked but never did get A/C. Food from room service awful- old lettuce, old bread and very expensive. "Business center"= computer not connected to printer and no paper. This an overated expensive and very unpleasant place to stay. Definitely NOT 5 star!!

Impossible to find free shuttle to hotel. Staff nice. Nice accommodations. Expensive food. In the middle of a village with a bunch of other hotels.

Superb hotel with spacious, extremely comfortable, elegantly appointed modern rooms. Located about seven minutes from CDG Terminal 2. Is connected by a free shuttle that runs every half hour from two locations. It is an absolute bargain catering to the business traveler. One could not possibility find anything comparable within Paris itself for less than four or five times the price. The restaurant is up to fine French standards with excellent service. The spa is not finished yet, but is scheduled to be ready later in 2012. Then the hotel would be just perfect.

The airport shuttle, when it finally arrived, was very nice, but the signage at the terminal was not clear. I ended up waiting about 40". The hotel is a bit sterile, but the room was extremely comfortable. One complaint that I had was that the HVAC for this room, maybe for the whole building, was venting in cigarette smoke, so even though this was a nonsmoking room, there was a heavy smoke smell, especially in the bathroom and entry areas. I did not dine in the hotel, and was surprised to see a small kitchenette in the room. Staff was agreeable. Would stay there again if the price remains reasonable. I dined at a nearby larger hotel and was disappointed with the price and selection.

My husband & I needed to take an early morning flight from De Gaulle airport, so we needed an hotel to stay the night before our flight. The hotel is only 6 months old. It is stylish and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful to us, even giving us the key to the Executive Lounge when we couldn't print out our boarding passes. The hotel provides a spacious van that regularly runs from the hotel to the airport every 1/2 hour - - the van driver was a model of efficiency and courteousness. We highly recommend this conveniently located hotel.

Outstanding accommodations and service. The room was beautiful and spacious. The complimentary airport shuttle was great.
