Can't get over the poor service we received over our weekend at this hotel. We loved the location - could not be better. The rooms were great. The construction did not bother us. However, some of the staff just ruined the experience for us. We reported a backed up sink the first morning as we left to explore. We returned four hours later and it had not been looked at (and the room had not been cleaned either). The front desk person I had reported it to said that when the maid gets there, she will our "something" down the drain to fix the problem. This would be done without even diagnosing the problem. When the maid was finally ready to clean the room, I was thrown out and told that it was not possible to be in the room while it was being cleaned. We asked how long it would take and it was a truly moving target. It was below freezing outside. We had a friend in another room and squeezed into her room for what seemed like forever. When I asked for a status update at the desk, I got laughed at by the employee and her sidekick who had arrived. The room was finally cleaned and the sink was never fixed. It was gross as you can imagine a sink would be when the water drains so slowly. We asked the staff about the airport shuttle (18 euros per person) and we only had one specific question: Does the shuttle go straight to the airport from here or does it stop at other locations? She told us it does make other stops if shuttles have been ordered. The following day, while waiting for our Uber, another employee asked why we didn't take the shuttle. We told him and he said the employee from yesterday only worked one day a week and doesn't know what she's doing. With the lobby is disarray from the construction, nobody attempted to help us navigate with our extensive luggage when arriving or departing. I would gladly stay in this area again, but don't think I'll be back to this hotel.

We stayed at the beginning of November. We got the balcony room on the top floor - WOW. It is completely gorgeous. All brand new and the décor is beautiful. The bathroom was amazing too. The room is the biggest hotel room we've had in Paris. A lovely Nespresso coffee machine (with supplies replenished every day) and flat screen TV are extra luxuries. The lobby is still under construction and a new larger lift is being installed - this caused no problems for us at all. The staff were exceptionally good - so friendly and helpful. The location in perfect - in the heart of Montmartre but on a quiet street. We'd absolutely love to come back. A fabulous hotel which is (in my opinion) in the best area in Paris - Montmartre and Comfort Hotel - j'taime!!

No wifi. No internet at all. Must go to lobby. Lobby is under construction and it's approx 5 foot by 7 foot with no chairs. Construction dust everywhere. Room itself is nice. Modern. Good location if you want to be near Moulin Rouge and the metro. Soft beds. Construction noise starts promptly at 9am

This hotel is in a great location! Very close to the metro, and walking distance from many attractions. I didn't spend much time in the hotel because I was sight seeing all day. Bed was very comfortable.

Lovely new room decor in the rooms I stayed in, great location too. The reception was still under refurbishment which is a shame, but if it's up to the same standard as the rooms it will be great. One big negative, the bar opposite was open till 2pm one night and the noise was very loud, and couldn't sleep at all, shame as it was the day I was up at 4am for the airport.

Good location (although still a decent walk from the Place du Tertre, despite its name), good service, comfortable beds. Otherwise, I found the room old and shabby - the sink was badly chipped, the wallpaper torn and the carpet dirty, and I don't even want to talk about the condition of the duvets under the cover. The hotel is under construction and will re-emerge later this year under a new name, and no doubt a new price. Perhaps the owners haven't invested in it for some time, and likely won't now. A decent budget option for a short stay, but if you're expecting anything like the Comfort Hotels in North America, you'll be very disappointed. One night was ample.

The hotel is old and looks scruffy more like a hostel for workers so wouldn't stay there with kids. It is undergoing some changes now therefore is very loud during the day. We had a twin room, not much space but clean. Wifi is free, tv in a room. Toilet is clean , towels changed everyday. Receptionists were polite and helpful. It was very loud at night due to the pubs outside , people enjoy their time till 3am. The biggest advantage of the hotel is location, only 5-10minutes walking distance from Sacre Couer and Montmartre. I would stay there again. Paid around £200 for 3 nights,2 people.

The hotel is nice and convenient. The location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from Abesses subway stop. There are some shops, bakeries (patisseries in French), cafes in the area. Sacré-Coeur is not far as well. Plus, if you are into walking, it won't take you long time to get to the city centre:)

We made a reservation for a double room for 3 nights via Choice Privilege, using Loyalty points. Although we were three persons we decided we're going to share a double room and the person at the reception did not ask anything about this, as we did not require any extra beds, towels etc. The second day, a different receptionist told us it is not possible for 3 persons to share a double room, so after apologizing and saying we didn't think this could be an issue, we agreed to book a 2nd room, again, using our Loyalty points. The entire conversation was in English, so the receptionist assumed we did not speak French. After a while he started saying to his colleague at the front desk in French that we wanted to take advantage of the hotel and how unbelievable it was that we had the balls to do that when we did not even pay for the room--presumably, by his understanding we were staying there for free :| . I started saying to him in French that that was not what was going on, and that his attitude is not fair. He did not even apologise for the behaviour...I regret not having reported this to the hotel manager or something.

We made our reservation from booking.com however the hotel cancelled our reservation just a week before our arrival. We called both booking.com and the hotel but nobody helped us. I dont really know if this is hotels fault or not. The location of the hotel is very good and the receptionists were very kind and helpful however the rooms of the hotel is very small and the radiator in the room did not work well.
