Chateau Frontenac Hotel4.0 out of 5.0

For a 4 star hotel one expect that things would be working perfectly, but there were some issues with one elevator. Also, we asked for a triple room with plenty of anticipation and we had to wait for the third bed. Aside from that, all good!
I stayed at Chateau Frontenac with my three-year-old son and from the size of our room, to the friendliness of the staff and to the cleanliness of the place, everything was great! The hotel is just a couple of blocs away from the Champs-Elysée and lots of good restaurants which is a huge plus for when travelling with a small child. I would totally recommend this hotel.
It's easy to feel anonymous in a city as glamorous and fabled as Paris. The fact is, most of us pale beside her brilliance All that makes a hotel where the staff actually "see" and value you all the more important (and surprising). The staff at the Chateau Frontenac are as welcoming as they are efficient. My room was very well appointed, super clean and had a number of small luxuries I really appreciated - not the least was a great soaking tub. I slept really well and breakfast was lavish. I heartily recommend !
Excellent location , very clean rooms , very good service , very friendly staff with smiles , very nice breakfast. I just like everything in this hotel everything is positive. When we travel to Paris again 100% we will stay in this hotel.
If you want to be in the very chic area and also very close to Champs Elysee and if you want to choose an elegant but friendly+renovated hotel you may chose to stay in Frontenac. Jean Paul in concierge ia going to make your dining reservations and will help you for all your visit. As I ınformed front desk for my arrival time I early checked in my room .. that’s why I say ‘Encore Frontenac’
We have travelled extensively and this is one of the loveliest hotels I have had the pleasure to call home for a few nights. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a good bit of space to hang up clothes and put things away. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Oddly the hotel is equipped with a very shallow elevator, only about a body's width wide, and room enough for only three at a time. A group of folks with suitcases poses somewhat of a challenge. If you have any sort of mobility impairment, be sure to ask for a floor that does not have any additional stairs on it. We were fortunate to have a room on the 4th floor, which was one of the floors with no stairs which was ideal for my mother who walks with an assisted device.None the less, do not miss the opportunity to stay in this lovely hotel.
The hotel is well located near the Champs-Elysees and Avenue George V. It's close enough for convenience but far enough away not to feel the crowds and traffic. There are many restaurants within a couple of blocks in any direction. The staff was very helpful particularly with metro and bus information. The management photos of the hotel on the Trip Advisor site give a accurate view of the rooms and common areas. We had an enjoyable stay.
Hotel Chateau Frontenac is centrally located in the 8th district, close to major attractions and fine dining. Staff personnel were on top of all our needs and eager to accommodate requests. Highly recommend this property.
We stayed here with a tour group while in France. It was close to the Arc de Triomphe, many nice restaurants and a Metro stop. The hotel room was beautiful, upscale bathroom and the staff was helpful.
We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and it is very nice. The staff is very accommodating and it's very centrally located. We have had a few issues with the room being a bit noisy because it was right next to the street, but the last time we stayed, we requested an inside room which had a view of a courtyard so it was much quieter. Would definitely recommend..
