Hotel met expectations. Good location. Rooms were well light and clean. The hotel more than meet my expectation for a inexpensive airport hotel. Two of the hotel staff spoke english. I would stay again if I needed a hotel at the airport

Everything was great, the staff very friendly and the rooms very clean!

Nothing fancy - but perfect for an early morning flight

the hotel was far from the airport. The shuttle service was awful. The room was freezing, could not turn off the AC, no blankets available. The food was poor and expensive. I thought I was saving money by choosing this hotel, I was wrong.

Convient location only 10 minutes by courtesy shuttle to CCG airport. Good restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast for a stay over.

Amenities: Great French music video channel on tv among other channels, the room was perfect- beautiful bathroom and room. I loved the green. The lights by the bedside were a nice touch. This room was functional and tasteful. My favorite amenity that was offered was the in-room tea kettle. :) Location: If you are coming into Paris by CDG use the hotel shuffle. I believe the terminal is 2F(?) for shuttle pick up. DO NOT pay a taxi driver to take you.! Many will try to charge you 15 euros (some want to charge me 50-60euros!). The hotel shuttle service only charges 5 euros which is just added on to your hotel bill. Be sure to have your itinerary printed out so that you can show the driver as board the shuttle. The hotel shuttle is clearly labeled on a lighted sign La Campanile. Great service. Take advantage of it. Staff: If you do not speak French then do not go to this hotel. I was traveling solo and Paris was a stopover for me before my final destination. I had many questions about tourism opportunities in the area and international phone dialing. The receptionist would not even lift a finger to help me. She scoffed at me and seemed disgusted when ever I approached the desk for help. I spent my entire stay in my hotel room. I felt terrible coming to this hotel and I was very upset. It is hard enough to travel alone, I don't need people (hotel staff esp-where is the hospitality?!)going out of their way to make it more difficult just because I do not speak their language, it is very upsetting. I will not come back here again. I do not think I want to go to Paris again. Terrible experience at this hotel.

It took us nearly 40 minutes to find the location of this hotel. Round and round the airport roads we went...the GPS couldn't find it. Finally we went to the Hilton and they helped us. Five minutes later, we were checking in, but it was10pm and we were exhausted. However, the staff was great, the room was clean and we slept like babies. We would go back but would hope for better directions....We caught a plane home feeling rested and happy...

This hotel is a bargain place for a layover at CDG only. However, getting there is a bit tricky and the WiFi is so slow that it's better not to try using it. The hotels surrounding CDG sponsor 4 shuttle bus routes from the CDG TGV rail station marked with the hotels they each serve. The tricky thing here is that there are two "Campanile" brand hotels on the same "black bus" route! Of course, we got off at the wrong one (the first of the two, whereas this particular hotel is the 2nd Campanile hotel on the black bus route) and of course there is no way to transfer reservations between them. Should have just taken taxi from airport to save time and hassle - but bring cash as none of the taxis at the TGV station stop take credit cards, apparently. Next time we are spending the extra money to stay at the Sheraton at the TGV station.

Close to CDG Airport with Free Shuttle Service; Room was clean and spacious but average; Only odd situation was the French-speaking waitress in the hotel restaurant who could not understand any English and could not understand when you pointed at items on the English version of the menu provided by the restaurant (perhaps a numbered menu would help?); Breakfast Buffet included in room rate

a very friendly hotel very clean and quiet. we found coffee' tea and biscuits at the room and had an excellent breakfast for a reasonable price.

we travel all over France staying at the Campanile Hotels and this is the best of all ,super modern, clean, beautifull decos.this hotel should be rated 4 stars.
