Most mid-range European hotels are very small, especially by U.S. standards. What matters as a guest is whether they're intelligently designed to provide a shelf or two to unpack, or - at a minimum - someplace to put 2 carryon suitcases other than the floor. Our room was among the more tiny ones we've stayed in, but also had zero surface space other than a tiny desk. The problem of where to put our small suitcases could have been easily solved with a second folding luggage rack, but the front desk denied our request because "There is only one luggage rack provided per room." There's no excuse for rationing these inexpensive items and our constantly tripping over the remaining bag squeezed between the bed and wall. One other gripe: we used WhatsAp for text and calls throughout France wherever we had Wifi. At this hotel, oddly, only the text feature of the ap worked - the calls went through but without sound. We assume the hotel's Wifi was unusually weak and the phone service needed a better signal.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. We think Best Western purchased an existing French hotel because it certainly had a "French" feel to it. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. We had two doors leading to the balcony that overlooked the street. The bathroom had an adorable medicine cabinet and towel warmers. The delicious breakfast had a variety of selections. The staff was excellent and accommodating. An extra plus is it is located just a short walk from the Metro. All in all --- a great experience. We hated to leave!

Nice small cozy hotel in a very convenient location easy to get taxi and metro. Rooms are comfortable even AC not very easy to adjust as too hot or too cold. Bed and mattress are ok. Bathroom not bad. Wifi weak. Breakfast simple and not many options with so so quality. Personnel nice and gentle and helpful. Price ok considering normal Paris expensive hotel fee level. Ok for business stay.

I WAS ROBBED DURING MY STAY: Valuables stolen out of room amounting to 4.500€. Management denies every responsibility eventhough no physical break-in traces were found / our room was the only one targeted / rooms are not lockable from the exterior / housekeeping reacted suspiciously after being asked if they had seen anything irregular (hastily whispering after losing sight of us). The hotel management argues that, due to the key card reader not showing any suspicious key-card movements they can not be held responsible - eventhough the hotel staff uses physical keys to enter the door and therefore can not be tracked. These hints support the assumption that the hotel staff had something to do with the burglary. The management is not at all cooperative with handling the issue and keeps stating that - as no traces were found - they are relieved from every liability. The reception even stated that these incidents happen on the regular.. Not good! ONCE AGAIN, I RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. The service was nice, and people where very welcoming. The rooms were pretty clean, though I am not a carpet fan. I was expecting more noise since it is in a busy street but not at all, il was quite calm. On top we were lucky and found a discount for this hotel so we got a good price.

We visit Paris first time. Because we always travel with our dog, we searched for a dog friendly hotel. This hotel has fully met all our expectations. Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and we could sleep very well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast surprised with a great selection. Around the corner is a bus stop and the metro is also just two crossroads away. Walking distance to the Seine Island on foot takes only twenty minutes.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel with my son. The rooms are very small but functional and clean The service of all the team was excellent they did all they could to assist us in making our stay in the hotel comfortable and in Paris enjoyable and we really felt welcome. I would come again in my next visit.

Stayed in this little hotel for 4 days in May 2017. The location is perfect, close to metro stations and bus stops. About 50 min. from airport with metro. We walked to many monuments. There are many restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, and markets around the hotel. We stayed at room number 510, we had a balcony and the street view was nice. I believe the room was bigger than other Paris hotels' rooms. We were able to see the top of Eiffel tower at nights. Room was clean and well-equipped, bed was big enough and comfy. Also very silent. Employees were friendly and helpful. We used to stay in other Best Western hotels in other cities and never regret it. Thanks for all, hope to meet at other locations.

This place is billed as a boutique hotel which means that no one over forty, weighing over130 pounds, or having more than a carry-one case for luggage should try it. There was very little furniture: No dresser was especially a disappointment. The beds were small. The tub wall was designed for a seven footer: it was too hard to get over. They refused to turn on the AC so we sweltered for three lousy nights. This place made Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn look glamorous. Okay, now the good stuff. They had the best breakfast EVER!! The breakfast crew worked hard and fast to make fresh food. The overall staff was quite good but understaffed. They didn't do the requested wake-up calls for the first two nights. For the third night I bribed them. IF one meets the above requirements, I guess it was okay. This place was booked by our tour company. I gladly would have paid a hundred dollars more a night for a DECENT room.

All good, apart from one member of staff in breakfast room appeared very unfriendly...nothing was said, but you felt you shouldn't be there.. Also, morning we checked out, we had cleaner knocking on door three times to see when we were leaving room despite check out being midday.... Having said that, we would certainly return to the hotel as everything else was great.
