Very cute room, centrally located. Interior of room was very clean. Would have given 5 stars but housekeeping left the balcony of our littered with cigarette butts which I thought was pretty gross. Pillow case had some tears in it. Despite those two little things it is a great hotel and would return.
Our first night there, they put us in a room where the we found red stains on the sheets. We called the front desk and they offered to put us in another room. They told us to go around and come back. Leave our luggage and so we move it for you..BIG mistake! we are now in Nice and there is money missing from my bags! Hotel was no help!! Never again!!
I highly recomend the location you have everything just a small walk away . Try morning run around the louvre or just walk and get lost to the first walking mol . At night find just unlimited Atractions bars get inside a cabaret .
They state that they are 4 stars hotel, but there are no facilities to support at all. I don't know how they can get 4 stars. Classic room are too small, I will suggest people to book bigger room. I booked two rooms, 1 for me & hubby and the other for my Mom and my kid. My room's Nespresso machine was rather old, and the handle of the water tank were broken one day suddenly when my hubby was bringing the fully filled tank back to the machine from bathroom. The tank was broke into pieces. I know it was becoz the guests didn't use it in good manner. But I trust that if the Hotel management Is doing good, it will not happen. And I could not use the wall-fixed hair dryer in my room too. Then the front desk brought me a normal handy one. Moreover, the safe in my room wasn't fully fixed in the wardrobe. That made me uncomfortable to put my valuables inside. There are heaters in all bathrooms. But my Mom's one was out of order and it looked like broken for quite some time already. And there is no space for her own toiletries. Even no wall hooks for the clothes. The only advantage is the location. Very convenient, close to attractions and shopping F&B etc. But actually there are many other accommodations surrounding, I won't stay there if I travel to Paris again. I was regret that I have chosen to trust Best Western. Staff are nice. But I think that the housekeeping works are waiting to be improved.
really good location, group of us went, booking 6 rooms, unfortunately for a 4 star hotel they let themselves down on the little things. After paying nearly £200 for the night per room to have no coffee machine working even after nicely asking for them to supply a water tank that was missing and 4 out of the 6 rooms having dodgy plugs either being unable to run a bath in most cases or in one case the plug not coming out when having a shower so they therefore ended up with a bath. Along with the breakfast not really worth the 19 euros they charge. Where I would have definitely stayed there again next time in Paris I would now try a different one as there are so many to choose from. But the main thing I would warn against is don't let the hotel book a cab for you the firm they called for us were shocking and charged £90 euro to the station
We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet (very important for us). The hotel location is perfect if you want to visit the museums and the attractions of Paris. It is at the center. I have already recommended to some friends.
I booked the classical room for one week in January, but when we came, the staff kindly upgarded the room for free as the period of staying was really long. It was a first good impression! So the room was big enough for two people, clean and with a good view to Saint Honore. There is everything in it you need for a comfortable stay. Towels are changed every day, bath things are always at hand. We opened the window, but it wasnt noisy at all, not quite still as it is the city center). Everybody, i think, refers to the location of the hotel, and it's right - it's excellent, you cant have better! All sights are so close to you that we did not use any transport. The breakfast was european, all you need to have in the morning - eggs, sausages, many kinds of cereals, juices, a lot of fruits, yougurts, and of course bakery - fresh and warm. Th service was perfect, you got coffee or tea immediately. I should say the hotel costs its price, adn i will surely choose it next time in Paris, It goes with all needs of the tourist, or businessman.
Stayed here for a few nights - perfect location for restaurants and right next to the louvre. Metro are easy access, designer shops nearby and the river within walking distance. Staff exceptionally helpful, would stay again. Shower holder broken and bar very limited but nonetheless a great stay and great staff.
What a great place to stay. After several hotels with less than great accommodations this was a real pleasure to run into. The general manager Mickael Ritschard was a true professional and welcomed us with genuine hospitality. We will gladly visit again in the future. Excellent location as well. Close to many restaurants and cafe's. Walking distance to the Louvre. Five stars all the way! Nice job everyone for making the wife and I well rested and ready to see the sites!
From the moment we checked into the hotel with the assistance of Jean Baptist, who was a delightfully friendly and most accommodating gentleman, to the moment we checked out, with the assistance of the kind & courteous young man who helped me arrange our airport transportation, our two night stay was exceptional. Although the elevator is "smaller then small", with only enough room for 1 person with luggage, and our 6th floor French Balcony window only had a view of the inner courtyard, it was still a great experience. The location earns 5 stars, and was perfectly situated in a great neighborhood, with wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants and of course, The Louvre in close proximity. The Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered, but the food quality was nice. I would happily stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
