Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine nur oberflĂ€chlich gereinigte Wohnung vor. Die Fotos entsprechen nur kaum der RealitĂ€t. Im Wohnzimmer hing die HaushaltswĂ€sche zum Trocknen und sorgte fĂŒr PfĂŒtzen auf dem Fußboden, verbunden mit einer extrem hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Einzelne Steckdosen waren nicht mehr in der Wand sondern hingen an ihren Kabeln aus der Wand. Die BettwĂ€sche war fleckig und dreckig.Die SchrĂ€nke waren nicht nutzbar, da sie nicht gut gereinigt und die SchranktĂŒren nicht zu öffnen waren. Auf der Terasse waren Fliesen defekt und fĂŒhrten zu Löchern im Boden, die eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr darstellen. Die KĂŒche beinhaltete nur wenig Geschirr und wirkte fettig. Die KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke rochen nach Knoblauch. Die GlĂ€ser waren beschlagen und fleckig. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist und haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Insgesamt Bedarf diese Wohnung einer grĂŒndlichen Renovierung und Instandhaltung. Einzig positiv ist die NĂ€he zur Metro.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location

Spacious appartement with plenty of room for a family of 4 for a few days. Lovely huge roof terrace to enjoy the sun. The apartments has a small kitchen with everything you need. Communication with the hist was very quick and friendly. The only downsides were that the floors were
