Arrived and was quick and easy to check in. You are told where your room is, and it's to find your way. Room is quite spacious and clean. Free shuttle to Disney Park. However breakfast included is not great. There's a bit of choice, but you'd expect more hot food- maybe sausages, bacon etc. Would stay again though as it's good quality overall for the price you pay.
We stayed here over the weekend, Friday to Monday. Overall - Very good! Check in process was quick and easy, I like the code entry doors instead of carrying a key. We were 2 adults, 2 kids and the room was very spacious. We had a huge double bed and 2 singles, comfortable to sleep in but I did have to ask for extra pillows. The bathrooms were lovely and modern, the shower a little low and couldn't be moved up or down but only a minor problem really. There was a hairdryer in the room, I brought my own but wasn't needed. Plenty of plug sockets and storage for clothes! Staff were friendly and happy to help, the hotel and rooms were immaculate and our room was cleaned every day, towels changed and beds made etc. Breakfast was included and was a continental cold breakfast - toast, cereals, croissants, fruit, yoghurts etc. And also hot drinks machine and cold juices! This was fine for us and there was something we all liked. The bus comes regularly to and from the hotel to the Disney parks - as expected, very crowded and busy but you're only on the bus around 5 minutes so it's not too bad. We had an evening meal from the hotel on our final night and took it to our room because we were all so exhausted. We had the adult/kids pizza, desserts and drinks deal which we all enjoyed! There's also a small games room in the hotel with air hockey tables and a few kids games which we used on a morning after breakfast. The location of this hotel is perfect for Disney and we loved our stay, I was sad to leave and will definitely return one day. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a more budget friendly option to the official Disney themed hotels. There is also free parking for guests which was good because we hired a car from the airport to use! We did a late night drive to Paris centre one evening to see the Eiffel Tower and it took around 45 minutes and really easy to get to. There is one reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 - and that is because we were on the 3rd floor up and our bedroom windows opened wide with no lock/latch! For us adults, this wasn't a problem and we enjoyed waking up on a morning early and looking out, or laying listening the rain late at night. But with children it's quite scary, our double bed was next to the window and my son kept trying to climb to look out or open the window (he's autistic with no sense of danger and we had to repeatedly tell him to stay away from the window). Some sort of lock/restriction would be good, I imagine the hotel has mostly families with young children staying! Other than this there was no fault at all. Loved our stay and hope to come back one day :)
Basic room but had what we needed. Shower is quite low down but works absolutely fine. No flannels in room but brought my own with me anyway. Also no kettle in room, which didn't bother me but might bother some. Breakfast is buffet style with croissants, toast, cereals, yoghurts... that type of thing, absolutely fine. Staff friendly and can speak English fine. Free bus from hotel to Disney park everything 15 minutes I think.
We stayed here on Tuesday overnight while visiting Disneyland. The rooms are big and clean. The beds are so comfortable too. Downsides.... The breakfast isn't great and the food and drinks are expensive. Lastly Julian who works on the bar was very rude. My husband was standing at the bar to be served, Julian decided he was serving a French lady first, when my husband said he was there first, Julian started saying something in French to the other lady that was standing there and refused to tell my husband what he had just said. Hotel 5* Julian ruined it and made it very uncomfortable afterwards when wanting anything to drink.
We stayed for just one night - the hotel is very close to Disneyland, and provides good value for your money. The rooms are clean, the breafeast is ok, the food selection could be better, but the quality is good.
We stayed here for 5 nights as we were going in to Disney and Paris. We arrived and check in was quick. The gentleman was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Room was basic but very clean. Just what we expected. We had a double bed and two singles. Bathroom was small but adequate, clean and done the job. We took our own toiletries and hairdryer etc. Room was cleaned daily and we had no complaints. Breakfast was exactly what was stated. Plenty of things and staff always filling them up if running low. Yes there isn’t much choice but I had already read this before I went and what was on offer was perfectly fine. Drinks were also fine. Yes it gets busy but it was peak times. Staff cleaned tables as soon as they could. We always found a seat. Didn’t have any other food here but did get water from the bar which was cheaper than the vending machines. There is a little shop in the hotel which is nice. Overall I would happily stay here again. Did exactly what we expected
We are traveling with family it was nice need and clean hotel.Room are big and nice But bathroom and shower and very small they make all kids size shower that was annoying to shower. Breakfast fast was nice Staff were friendly
My husband booked this for my birthday, and he got such a great deal. The park tickets were included and also breakfast. Check in/ we couldn’t check in until 3pm however got there around 2.30- you can store your stuff in a locker for a refundable €2 Euro (they will offer you change if you have none). Ticket given and we were off to the bus which comes every 20 mins. The buses back after the fireworks are rammed and drop off at every hotel before b&b so be prepared or get a taxi for under €10 Euro (based on 2 sharing). Other times, you don’t need to worry about the buses as frequent. The rooms - these are quite spacious but basic. We book a double room and ended up get a double and 2 singles so plenty of space. We were right above the smoking area but only noticed the smell on our last day. Hand soap- take your own - and there doesn’t seem to be a shower mat to dry your feet but we had entrance towels. I took my own bits just because I had read up. Hairdryer- there is one but I took my own. No drink making or fridge but again this didn’t really bother us but for families it could be hard. Breakfast- it’s limited but as it was included in the price it was fine and not much different from other French hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful views and walks to relax - the bar at night is good and good looked ok.
Our stay was a positive one except for an incident on the last day the hotel is modern, clean and spacious. It is also in an excellent location for those who are interested in Disneyland or Val d'Europe. Breakfast is not very varied but it is enough just the same. My disappointment came when I prepared two sandwiches for my child to eat at around 10am since he doesn't eat early in the morning. I was asked to leave the sandwiches on the breakfast table since it is hotel policy that all food is consumed on site. While I understand the implications of this, I was very angry to see the sandwiches being thrown away even though I politely asked to take them for my son. What was worse was that once I was in the lobby, I heard the hotel manager (blonde short hair) speak to a person who is my national but who I dint know. She was loudly telling him about the incident. I find this behaviour highly unprofessional and not befitting customer privacy. Therefore while I praise the material aspect of this hotel, the service with a smile has certainly lacked in our situation.
Stayed here earlier this month (8-11th April) as part of a Disneyland package holiday through National Holidays. On arrival, it was busy but after a few minutes in a que we were checked in. We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 1 child in one room and 1 adult and 1 child in another) rooms were opposite each other which was great. Hotel was very clean, well sign posted as to where rooms are. Rooms were clean and comfortable, just what you need. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels being provided too. We had breakfast each morning, croissants, toast, cereal, ham, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurts, coffee/tea etc, fresh juices. All of the staff were very friendly. Hotel is about 10minutes from Disneyland Paris, regular shuttle buses to get on. Hotel has a little shop in the main foyer, when in the parks you are able to buy and get them delivered to the hotel free of charge, a fantastic service. We used this everyday. You had to buy and pay for your things before 3pm in the park and they were available to pick up from the hotel shop from about 8.15pm, just remember to take your pink receipt. We would definitely recommend this hotel 😃 thanks for a lovely stay!
