WORST Front Desk, the white lady argued with me when I checked in and asked me to pay even though I paid in full to Orbits. She is very unprofessional and had to argue with her. Even though it was her fault - she never apologized to me. Pictures showed in Orbitz.com are Deceiving. Please do not trust the pictures. WORST Breakfast, even though they charged a fee for the breakfast. We were staving in the morning. Kids were hungry after the breakfast. McDonalds breakfast would have been better. On the Positive Side - Cleaning Staff and Breakfast staff is very helpful and hard working. Bad / terrible location. I would never ever recommend stay in this hotel. Please contact me if you have any further questions.

Family with small children
