When we purchased a Cyber Monday Special travel package to Paris, I wasn't expecting much of the lodging accommodations. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. The staff, Catherine in particular, were very friendly and helpful. In fact, she assisted us with a restaurant reservation that turned out to be our most memorable dining experience during our trip. Note that the property is modest and the rooms are cozy but the decor is modern and important amenities are provided. For example, I needed an iron and one was provided to me by the front desk. The continental breakfast buffet on the lower level is a bargain at 12 euro per person and very helpful for those who want to seize the day as early as possible. The neighborhood is diverse and not necessarily posh but it's fairly close to the Brochant Metro Station. Bargain hunters, it's worth checking out. Overall experience, very good.

Not long returned from 2 nights stay at the Art Hotel Congres. Great location for getting to the Center of Paris using the metro service (which is very run down but is amazing for getting about once you get your head around the system). Staff at reception great, provided us with the information we needed and allowed us to check in early as our room was ready so we could start exploring the city without dragging our suitcases about. Rooms on the small side yet we knew this before going, but you don't go to Paris to sit in your room so this wasn't an issue for us. Beds could do with updating, very squeaky and not very comfortable but managed as it was only 2 nights. A huge advantage to the rooms would be if they added a mirror in the room for doing hair/make up etc. Only a mirror is in the bathroom but can't exactly plug your straighteners in the bathroom can you. So a small table mirror or a long length mirror attached to the wardrobe door would help out a lot. Breakfast was average. Not a great selection of pastries and no fresh fruit at all which I found disappointing but enough to keep you going for the morning. But on this note we would return to this hotel if we visited the city again.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms were on the tiny side for my husband and I, but for the price and safety is was great! The desk staff was so very helpful and friendly. As suggested, by one of the desk staff, the little Pub right down the street served great food!!

This small hotel is clean, calm, pretty modern. Reception people are very kind. By metro - very close! - you can arrive everywhere in Paris; Sacre Coeur et Montmartre are at 20 minutes by walking. Our stay (1 adult + 2 teenagers) was very satisfying.

Really nice hotel, 5 min walk from metro & bus. Supermarket nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bakery near by, and lots of food places and delivery places available. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back :)

Location of the hotel is good as it is just infront of city metro. My stay was from 4-5 Jan 2018, No nearby shopping center or Lot of restaurants nearby restaurants. Pharmacy in the next building. Metro Station infront. Ratings: Hotel Location : 9/10, located around a km or more from Eiffel Tower - 15 minutes walking distance, and infront of Metro Station. Front desk : 8/10 - Mr. Abdel and other receptionist were really kind and helpful. Housekeeping : 8/10. Rooms : 5/10, small Parking: 0/10 - No Parking. Complementary Breakfast : 0/10 Overall experience, 6/10. *Helpful front desk. *No parking ***Rooms are small. Room Tip: This hotel is located infront of metro station, choose room on the top floor.

Everything you could need for our first trip to Paris back in February 2017! The price was affordable with staff extremely friendly and helpful with directions to Paris landmarks. Our room was spacious enough for two and clean (however request a back room as the road can be quite loud in the mornings) with the local station Brochant Metro a 2 minute walk away with great links to Central Paris. The absolute best part is the local bakery "Maison Damiani" along the urban Parisian high-street which is just a dream. From macaroons to perfect bread its the best brekfast or nightcap to-and-from Art Congres. For those who enjoy local, outskirt neighbourhoods with character, this is the hotel for you. Thank you for our great stay!

My aunt stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. As she went out to buy some stuff, she left her luggage in the room with her money in it. The bag was locked as she was leaving Paris in a couple of hours later. When she came back, she found the bag cut open and all her money was gone. The Hotel staff was very uncooperative and they didn't eat to her p her. When she requested to vie the videos to see who had entered her room, they refused to show it to her and told her it was not their problem. All in all the experience was really bad for her. To stay at a hotel that will not protect you and save you when something like this happens is just nothing someone would want to go through. I wouldn't be surprised if the robbery happened from the hotel staff and they were acting like this to cover it!

I was staying at the hotel and when I came back from a visit, I found my bag torn inside my room and all my money was stolen, although the bag was securely locked it was forcefully broken. The door of my room wasn't broken and the only people who could have had access to my room had to have the roomcard. Asking for help at the reception I was told to go to the police and they refused to help me in any way necessary. I filed a report to the police and you can see it in the photos to prove the authenticity of my claims. There are cameras that could have helped me at the hotel, but the hotel didn't care to help me.

My wife and I stayed in Art Hotel Congres for 4 nights and we enjoyed the experience. The best things about this hotel are the friendly staff and the location (a 10-minute walk to Brochant metro and a 30-minute cab ride to key Paris attractions like the Eiffel tower). The negatives are: it seemed somewhat unsafe late at night (I think because the roads were a bit deserted by night) and the rooms were somewhat small. Overall though, this is a very good budget hotel and we really liked the helpful staff who made us feel quite at home in Paris.
