Appartcity Paris 13e is the best in the city Great location Good neighborhood

Good and quiet, and in a convenient location. Staff were quite helpful.

The hotel is not 4 stars! Only 2 stars in my opinion! They charged 2 Euros/ pack when we checked in and the room is not ready! Ridiculous! We have to pay wifi access! I won't come back

We thought it would be more accommodating. The kitchenette didn't have pots or pans, or cleaning supplies. We had the option to buy a kit for cleaning, but a sign said we must leave the kitchen as we saw it. Why wouldn't they provide these things inclusively? Also, room service only came once a day, usually when we were still there, so we never had our room cleaned. And wifi should've been free as advertised, but we were charged 1€ per day which is ok, but it wasn't specified. Close to three restaurants, a grocery store, and the metro

Just awful. The paint was peeling, there's graffiti in the front, the tub didn't drain and the hallway smelled nasty. I can keep going on but you get the picture.

All hotel rooms in Paris are miniscule by American standards. This had a reasonably well equipped kitchen and a sizable living area. I would NOT call it a suite though. It's simply a larger than average Parisian room.

This location is in the center of the business district, hence very high class and a great deal of good restaurants nearby, and close to the metro station. It is very close to the center of Paris. The facilities in the room is great if you want to cook your own food.

The hotel is very nice and very convenient. The room was clean upon arrival but the staff was not very good about cleaning the rooms every day. Sometimes they would only come and clean once every 3 days. Since there is an extra small fee per person for services, the cleaning of the rooms should be done every day. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was nice and modern. The room, bathroom, front desk and housekeeping were great. The only two issues that I had were that the hotel shares the address with a Quality Inn down the street since it is so new and that it is a little out of the way from the main tourist areas. It is a few blocks from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand metro stop.

Close to metro and buses.

New and clean hotel. but cleaning condition is bad.
