I stayed here for five nights with my partner. The room is small but we only really used it as a place to sleep as there are so many things to do in Paris, so this wasn't a problem. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. We found the staff on reception really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay (also spoke very good english). The only issue we had with the room was the shower often went from cold to very very hot and it was quite noisy but we used earplugs and it was fine. The hotel is very close to Gare du Nord which was very useful for getting around the city and there was a nice patisserie just across the road from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. It was my first time abroad and we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.
Good location next to the train station. Ideal for access to the metro to get to the sights of Paris. Small but comfortable room which is fine as most of the time is spent exploring the city. However, at night, it was incredibly noisy and resulted in a sleepless night for me which was a shame. This was the only downside to the location. It's not the best of areas in Paris but access to transport is a plus here. There seemed to be quite a lot of nightlife going on, lots of people shouting in the streets etc and also, you can hear everything going on in the hotel. I could hear people walking up and down the stairs and corridors and doors slamming shut. Needless to say I didn't sleep well. Staff were mostly helpful, I had forgotten my phone charger and was able to borrow one from reception with a deposit which was very helpful. The only other issue I had was on the second day, my room was cleaned but they did not leave my towels, I went to reception and they gave me towels I had to take back to the room myself. Not a bad stay all in all, I would just recommend earplugs for the night!
Pros: Budget hotel near the main train station, conveniently located. We booked an overnight stay here as our Thalys ride was at 7am the next day. Front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are typical for a budget hotel in Paris ( small beds, small bathroom ) but comfortable. Cons: not so much, just the ultra-tight elevator ( can fit just 2 people with 1 luggage ). No breakfast option.
My fiance and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. It was exactly what we expected for the price. No frills, but a clean place to sleep at night. It is loud with the window open since it's so close to the train station. If you have trouble with noise it might not be the place for you. Our AC didn't work so the only way to cool down the room was to open the window. The rooms are small. These things we expected. Our only real complaint was the the shower. The water temperature would fluctuate from being comfortable to scalding without notice, most likely because someone elsewhere flushed a toilet or turned on the tap. It was definitely hot enough to burn you. In fact, we both literally leapt out of the shower several times. The location is fantastic since you are across the street from Gare du Nord and a short walk from Gare de l'est.
The hotel was not far from Gare du Nord train station making it very convenient to get to on arrival in Paris on the Eurostar. Also being in the heart of Paris is was also quite central to getting to different parts of Paris during our stay. The rooms were not very spacious but they were comfortable and reasonably quiet. The lifts were quite small.
This is within about 2 mins of Gare Du Nord which makes it accessible for all of Paris really. It was a nice hotel, in a great location, smallish room. The staff were very helpful giving me ideas as to where to go and directions etc.
Really nice rooms, but maybe a bit small. Nice and modern with a good breakfast offer. Friendly staff. Not the safest area in the evenings, but we were gone most of the day/evening anyways. A lot of noice during the night, as there is a bar right next to the hotel. But with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, the noice was not really a problem.
This is a very strategic hotel placed in the central with easy steps to all monuments and for those who want to be near the station. We actually had a very romantic stay. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary they gave us a lovely room far from noise cosy cute clean. We were actually surprise on the service. One of the concierge Hugo was just so friendly and helpful and concern about our days activities and so on. We fell like special. Thanks to the team. I will defiantly come back and recommend it
This is a nice hotel closed to " Gare du nord " station. All the staff receptions member have been very professional, they were always kind and helpful with us. The room is small with an average cleanliness, but nice and with a comfortable bed. Recommended.
Beautiful, small, chic hotel. Spotlessly clean, very pleasant and helpful reception staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Plenty of lovely white fluffy towels. The only downside is a hostel nearby which can be very noisy.
