5 minutes walk from 'Voluntaires' metro station. 20 minutes wander to the Eiffel tower, what's not to like? If you want a quiet room, ask for one. We had a wee room away from the street that overlooked a courtyard. By American standards, it is a small room but that is Paris in general, had a great shower though. My only complaint is that the mattress could have been a bit newer, it had a dip in the middle. All in all a pretty good base for exploring Paris with metro, rer and buses all close by.

Booked this hotel through planned to spend 2 nights in Paris. Unfortunately for me my train from Slovenia to Paris suddenly stopped in Austria as someone had jumped out in front of the train. I was stuck in Austria and unable to get to Paris until the next day. I arrived 11.30am the next day and explained the situation to the hotel reception an older man and his partner, they were very unsympathetic of my situation, the booking was non-refundable so they had already charged my credit card for the night. I took this on the chin as I had to accept it was no refundable. What they did next however shocked me they proceeded to cancel my reservation with resulting in me not being able to access my reservation details or leave any review on the site. After staying only 1 of my 2 nights I go down and eat breakfast that I know was included in my room booking (one of the reasons I chose this hotel-free breakfast) the hotel info book in my room also mentions this cold breakfast offered daily-nothing mentioned about a price or charge. The breakfast was rather disappointing. On check out the same man who checked me in proceeded to tell me I needed to pay 24euro for breakfast I then tried to show him my booking to prove it included breakfast but could not as he had cancelled it. He then got very nasty. I refused to pay the additional 24euro as 1.It was meant to be included in my booking. 2. There is no way in the world it was worth 24euro. 3. He had already charged me for the night before that I didn’t even get to stay nor eat my breakfast that was meant to be included so surely he could spare me a breakfast that was included right. Wrong! He locked the doors and said “well you will not leave”. I maintained I will not be paying for the breakfast he should have a sign saying the price or mentioned it when I checked in, he did not. I asked for my receipt (needed for travel insurance to claim the first night as well as the additional travel expenses associated with the trains) he ripped it up in front of me shouted at me “NO PAY BREAKFAST NO RECEIPT”, Unlocked the doors and demanded I leave. To avoid any more controversy and because I was a little scared, I did. Once I left I checked my credit card, the jerk had proceeded to charge it the 24euro without my authorisation. I don’t know how that is even legal still chasing it up with So please do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place! Worst front of house I have ever met. Rooms are tiny also.

We found a nice discount deal and stayed in a Design Double Room with Garden View. The room was small, but really clean and with a modern look, nice rain shower. Everyday our room was cleaned, the bed was made and the towels refreshed. There is a small garden area where you can sit outside. Around the corner you can rent bikes to discover Paris, metrostation closeby too. Parking costs 18 euros a day in a Renault garage nearby, which was pointed out by the staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but there were plenty of bakeries in the neighbourhood to enjoy a nice (and a little cheaper) breakfast!

Such friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Would defiantly return, so cute and dainty. Location close to everything, clean bedrooms. Small but nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty of toiletries, our room was ready by 11am which was really handy for us

I stayed here for 3 nights in a double room. The location is great! It is located on a quiet street but restaurants and markets are less than 5 minutes walk away. The metro station Sevres-Lecourbe is about a 5 minute walk. Eiffel Tower is more or less a 30 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and speak English very well. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping and fresh towels were provided daily. I would definitely stay here again!

Good service, no trouble at all. They were very helpful and had a member of staff at reception 24 hours a day. They spoke a good amount of English which helped a lot as me & my friend spoke no French at all. Would definitely recommend staying there as it wasn't too far from the Eiffel Tower either

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here for almost 5 days and in these 5 days 4 days my room's air conditioning system didn't work, I had to wake up 6 times in the middle of the night to turn on the ac because It would get switched off automatically and there were no other ventilation system. I complained but no one cared about it, then I told them to refund me the amount of the remaining days so I could go and search for some other hotel but the answer I got was a clear cut no. I even asked them to switch my room to another room where air conditioner is fine but again nothing happened. Apart from this in my total stay of five days they never bothered to chant the bed sheets or towels. So, If you want a peace full stay in Paris then this is not the place to stay.

I've recently stayed at this place in march 2017. Location was good, Room was average. but Bathroom was too tiny. It was smaller than in the Airplanes. There was no space between commode and wash basin and half of the body part goes under the sink. As you can see in the attached picture. Really felt uncomfortable due to this. Bath tub is also for kids size. They should clearly mention about all these details. I have requested if they can give me smaller room but with an average bathroom. They did not change the room. I was not comfortable and I will not recommended.

We had a very good stat in this small but nice hotel. The location is good and quite central to visit Paris. I also recommend the café-restaurant "le roi du café" 2 min from the hotel, you can enjoy very nice dinner after a long day of visit:)

Great location in the 15th arrondissement near Volontaire metro station. This asian modern hotel offers very confortable rooms with quality of literie (bed), very clean and charming, excellent for short stay in Paris
