Hotel staff is not friendly and not flexible. Bad experience.

Too far from downtown Barcelona. Return shuttle service hard to fine and easily could miss it. Taxi expensive to use. Bus over hour and complicated drop off to walk back to hotel.

Would have liked more amenities and a better location. Hotel is very hard to find. Glass bathroom door is not our choice. No tissues, no washcloths?

Mucho ruido , el parqueo son 15euros Mucha incomodidad los cuartos ,

It's not cool to charge people a daily fee to use the pool when you list it as an amenity and don't mention the charge until the customer checks in. To be technical, the hotel says they have a spa available to the guests. Maybe it was just us, but when we see spa we thought it was somewhere we could pay for massages or something. This hotel's interpretation of spa is a cute pool that you have to wear a shower cap to swim in after paying to enter. Oh and you can't swim laps in it either. You can just stand in it while you wear a shower cap.

Not really that close to the airport, or to the Fira convention center, but not too far from either. Booked late, got the absolute highest rate for a basic room in a basic hotel. So for me, value was poor.

Hotel was Clean, Huge, close to the AirPort but it is far from any attraction on Barcelona and transportation is expensive there.

Last minute booking,,fast and accurate. .hotel location perfect..Hotel restaurant a big plus, food excellent. ..overall very satisfied. ..

Nice hotel with free shuttle to airport any time and to Rambla for 8 euros for round trip. Very clean, friendly staff. We moved in at 10.00 am while officially it's possible at 2.00 pm. Less than 15 minutes by shuttle from Columbus plaza at Downtown and almost any time free shuttle to airport

The reason we chose this hotel was due to its proximity to the airport. We flew in late in the evening and had a 10am flight out. Choosing this hotel was a huge mistake. We waited for the hotel shuttle bus for a little over an hour. We actually thought it wasn't gonna show up at all but the drivers from other bus shuttles reassured is it would. It goes without saying the the shuttle was fully packed with people that were waiting there with us. When we finally got to the hotel which is about a 15 minute drive from the airport we were horrified to see that there was only one person working the front desk. We and all the people from the bus had to stand in a very long line to check into our rooms. Since we managed to come off the bus fairly quickly we were somewhere in the middle of this line. It took another HOUR to finally be checked into our room. The room is very plain with uncomfortable bed and pillows but at least it was clean. We were so exhausted and disgusted by this experience. Plus you had to reserve your place on the shuttle back right then and there when you check in. Absolutely horrible experience and can never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

This hotel was horrible. Do not stay here. It is completely mis represented in photos. Does not look anything like we thought it would. Staff was beyond un friendly. Towels we either new or never washed and left lint everywhere. It was dirty and overall an unpleasant stay. The only benefit was the free shuttle, but it doesn't make up for the rest.

Nice hotel, with modern furnishing, surprisingly quiet (given it's across from a traffic roundabout), close to a shopping center, decent neighbourhood.

I've stayed here twice when I had early AM flites from Barcelona and it works fine for that as it is about as close to airport as you can get (approx 15 minutes away by highway). Location is in an industrial park with little but a MacDonalds to recommend it. Rooms are spartan with bare floors and hard beds but decent bathrooms with fairly roomy shower stalls. Hotel Restaurant has limited menu and hours and is a bit pricey. Best things about this hotel are the wonderful aqua spa for an additional price of E13 and the free shuttles to airport and town. You will need to call upon arrival to request shuttle or pay E20 to get there and reserve your return the night before.

First of all, it was difficult to get a phone number for the hotel (not provided by on booking confirmation!!) and we had no information on shuttle from airport to hotel. We ended up hiring a taxi for 26 euros! We arrived on a late flight, told the lady at check-in that we were very tired and please don't book us into a room by children nor way at back of hotel - which she immediately did - that room was farthest away from front desk of any hotel I have ever been in! We tried to have a dinner in the restaurant where the buffet was hours past its prime - I went to bed without dinner. Also to note, bathroom has clear glass entry door with a few sand blasted lines - no privacy. Also, although listed as an airport hotel, it takes almost 1/2 hour to get to it.

Aircond and internet were not working during stays, although internet access was given. Good location, that it is within a mall facility, but if you need to access the internet, it is very inconvenient.

A new hotel , located in a new sopping center, comfortable large rooms. Very hard to find if you drive.

This hotel was very good and place was comfortable. l

A good deal for the price, this place was about 15min by free shuttle to the airport, was clean, and had 4-star style rooms. Also, the large grocery store next door made the decision of what was for dinner very easy. MAKE SURE YOUR CAB DRIVER KNOWS WHERE THE HOTEL IS! We were taken to the wrong hotel twice, apparently there are many with similar names nearby.

Nice, clean hotel with a great location to the airport. We had no trouble catching the 5am shuttle.

We stayed here for one night while waiting to catch our flight back home to the US. When we arrived the staff told us they had over-booked the hotel and needed to transfer us to another hotel owned by the company, Congress Fira. This was not a problem because both locations offered the free shuttle to the airport. I was surprised the staff at this location was not as friendly. The room was clean and nice.
