Late 2000s remodel. Hotel and hallways smelt funny. Reserved a king suite with jacuzzi, they didn’t have one and ended up in a 2 queen bed room. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to gas and excellent Mexican food. Easy to find and in a good area of town.

VERY comfortable bed, clean and roomy, new building in a safe part of town, staff friendly and accommodating (I arrived after midnight, late checkout NO problem, and they even sent someone to knock on my door TWICE to make sure I was awake per husband's phone request at 11 am since I am a deep sleeper and my cellphone had stopped working the night before); ample parking THANKS to all at Paragould, Arkansas, Holiday Inn!
They were renovating the hotel. That was not a problem. It was $110.00 a night plus 10% tax each night. So really $121.00 a night. It was comfortable and had a good breakfast and staff was nice. It was quiet in the rear side of the hotel. Odd numbered rooms was where we stayed. The internet is wi-fi but since we aren't rich, we don't have fancy laptops. Also it is more business oriented. Kind of expensive for two weeknights stay.

We do regret that your King Jacuzzi suite was not available for your stay. Sometimes do to unforseen circumstances this happens although hope the double queen jacuzzi suite you were upgraded to meet your standards. If not we do apologize. Please know that we will be doing a complete remodel in October of this year and hope that you will give us the chance to meet and exceed your expectations and choose to stay with us again.
