The food was not up to the standard expected at a Four Seasons Resort. Limited selections and average to low quality food. No option purchase sundries on the property.

Exquisite. This is one of our favorite hotels in the americas and Caribbean.

The positives: 1. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated, but the ocean views are unparalleled. 2. The drinks are VERY good. Andre at the Ocean bar was extremely friendly he makes the best pina colada I've ever had :) Now for the negatives: 1. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. There was a layer of dust on every surface, and our floors weren't vacuumed or mopped at all during our stay. We kept most of our belongings in drawers so they wouldn't get dusty. Very disappointing and definitely not Four Seasons quality. 2. Communication & customer service are subpar. There should be a sign in the lobby indicating the hours that the shuttle runs and what destinations it goes to, or what activities are being offered on site. It looked like there was painting going on, but we knew nothing about it. Guests should also be told about restaurants and bars that are open nearby so they know their options. We were only told about Nobu, but it wasn't mentioned that Anthony's was open down the street. Also, at check-in we were asked if we wanted to make spa or dinner reservations, which we did. Turns out the concierge never made them so we did it ourselves. Very disappointing. 3. The food was extremely overpriced ($26 for ONE piece of french toast!). We ordered room service almost every day, and every time our order was wrong (I tried getting smoked turkey for my eggs FOUR TIMES). We actually rationed our breakfast to try to save money.

Property was spectacular as was service!! It was our 25 Th Anniversary and we were given an upgrade! Highly recommend!!

Serene, the grounds were well taken care of, staff was amazing, and it was the upscale relaxation that I needed!! I recommend staying here for relaxation & romance (they have a gym, spa, tennis courts, 2 pools, private beach, plenty of food and bar options), not necessarily to "party". Concierge took care of arranging my Exuma islands trip, Dune's fish dishes were very well prepared, easy to take the shuttle over to Atlantis for the sportsbook & Nobu, and the Martini bar & bartender was top notch too! Taxi to get over to Greycliff restaurant for dining off-site too (highly recommended) & say hi to the piano player in the lounge - she's fantastic.

This property exceeded all of our expectations; paradise was much more enjoyable in this hotel and with this staff. We were greeted as if we'd been there before and they were excited to have us back. The butler service was great, Nelson was professional and helped us get what we needed right away. The property was extremely quiet which was exactly what we wanted, and if we wanted to kick it up a notch we just took the complimentary car service (Henry was a fun driver) over to the Atlantis. If we needed something, we could get it easily and if we wanted to be left alone, we were. It truly allowed us to disconnect from the real world! I would absolutely go back to this property or visit another One and Only property somewhere else.

Lovely hotel staff- polite and pleasant . A magical experience of tranquility and stunning view. We enjoyed every minute. amazing versailles gardens in the hotel property. hotel is children friendly. no breakfast or half/full board option. very expensive extras...

Its a beautiful club with a perfect location. The staff is very hospitable and the service is unbeatable. It's indeed the One & Only(OO)

My wife and I visited the One&Only Ocean Club in order to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary - we experienced exactly what we had hoped! We wanted near-elite accommodations, world-class service, white sand, clear blue water, delicious meals, and lots of relaxation. All of our 'wants' were met. This sort of luxury comes at a price, but we found the experience to be well worth it! We cannot wait to go back some day!

It rain everyday all day for the first three night. So I lost on two night stay cuz we couldn't stay lock in the room and had to book a new flight out..the rooms were small and very out dated for even 150.00 a night. It was my first and last time at the one and only

The grounds were breathtaking and immaculate. The room was spotless and service spot on. We went during the slow season and the restaurant was being renovated so food was a challenge. We lost water service on our last day but the hotal staff was very accomodating. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a perfect getaway with close access to other island activities.

The staff was the best ever, everyone from the concerige to the butler were wonderful , the beach was so quiet and the service was great, just raise the flag for a beverage, beach view room , just relaxed on patio and smoked cubans.
