We were only there one night. It is a cute little motel and the staff were friendly. There isn't a restaurant on property, but there are several down the street.

Perfect for our one night stay to go to Panguitch Lake.

Not what I thought it would be. A little depressing. The manager was nice

I believe there was some false advertising based on the pictures that were posted. The room did not even come close to the way the pictures looked. The room was dirty..

This hotel is nice, has decent wifi and cable. The room is small but confy, it was clean but could be cleanner. It has a beautiful view of the mountains outside. It’s what I expected for the money. Only complain is that you can hear the other guest as the sound travels easily through the rooms walls. I would stay here again if the price stays the same.

I stay at a lot of inexpensive motels in Panguitch, Kanab and Bryce Canyon as a halfway point on my way to Arizona. This one was, by far, the best I've stayed in. Although it's no fancy chain or Days Inn, it is better than the other small places in town. And pet friendly! The front desk woman greeted me when I arrived at 2am and was cheerful to see me. Check in was fast and painless. I was pleasantly surprised and will be staying here from now on. Room 22 is great! You have an extra window and outdoor seating, plus you are right next to the gazebo and grass area. Thumbs up for this stay! Only downside is the quality and cleanliness. But you get what you pay for.

Adequate for sleeping overnight near national park

Turned around and left. We want refund, dates from mid 1950's, bathroom was horrible. We will be demanding refund
