Central location. Good rooms, but towels in bathroom very worn and not enough. Breakfast buffet average, nothing fancy. No fridge in room and no coffee machine...room and bedding very clean.

The staff there is at very bad attitude of customer service that I would never go there again. I lived there at about 7 days unfortunately I was unable to cancel the reservation, and told need to pay one night as remedy. that is horrible. Poor breakfast.

Experience with the hotel itself was great; although the parking space is extremely limited out of 3 days I stayed there I wasn't able to park my car inside the parking lot....

Selected hotel as we were traveling through Panama City on way home. Not real close to any one tourist area, but equal distance that it was about a $5-$7 cab ride anywhere we want to go.

I would recommend this hotel if your are on a business trip since it does not have a pool, the restaurant is very very small. However it is very clean and the wifi is super fast which is great!

We spent 3 nights in Panama City. We took a tour of the city, walked to the multiplex mall and relaxed. This hotel had a number of good restaurants, delis and a couple of casinos within walking distance. We found the staff very helpful and the room was a nice size with lots of storage area. The only complaint we had was the breakfast was not as good as we were hoping for. If we went back, we would not take the breakfast and would recommend the deli 2 blocks away. For a great meal, go around the corner to the Vinotecca.

Very good hotel ,clean , near the metro station and metro bus , places to eat , the staff very friendly .

the hotel is well located, near to metro station, some stores and restaurants.

Hotel was average but rooms were very run down. No amenities at the time of check-in and location did not feel safe at all. We check-out next morning and Hotel staff was very gracious and Hotel manager came down to talk to us and refund the stay.

Only thing missing is a swimming pool and a coffee maker on the room. Better breakfast in the morning wouldn't hurt either...

This is a good hotel if you are coming for business. Its quiet and in the middle of the business district. Rooms are modern and clean. Restaurants and shopping center are closeby.

Very clean, staff is friendly but has some trouble with English. The restaurant is very plain and menu simple but food is good.

nothing new and extraordinary. Close to any place important

Due to all construction in panama city, it was very hard to find the hotel. The site has no map listed. The personnel were very professional.

great rooms big comfy bed, but smaller and darker than in pictures shown

very good, volveremos con ustedes en un futuro proximo

Friendly hotel within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. Hotel was in a relatively safe spot but we were warned by security not to walk past Churrerio Manola (just a few blocks from hotel) at night because of armed robbery potential (do any walking around in the daytime here). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good but supper in the restaurant left something to be desired. Overall good hotel if you are looking for somewhere to sleep but are not planning on staying in all day.

It's a great little hotel and the staff is most helpful. They recommended good restarants nearby and were great in helping me plan tours of the area.

Breakfasts were quite good and the hotel was located in a central, yet quiet neighborhood. Best trips were train to Colon from Panama City, the Gatun locks and the visit to the Metropolitan Natural Park--which few visitors go to. Hotel staff should insist on calling local taxis for transportation. The tourist taxis were very expensive.

My stay was not so great. After the taxi driver warned me the hotel is far from everything, I showed up a half hour before check-in and they made me wait. Considering the hotel was empty (the staff told me this) you'd think they would be able to check someone in 30 minutes early. Then I realized why, all the maids spend their time chatting in the hallways. The tile floors make this easy to hear from the room and they woke me up early in the morning with their loud talking more than once. The room was decorated nicely, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the room smelled like mold and the pillows smelled even worse. Like someone sweated out the flu on them. I asked for new pillows and I'm pretty sure they just gave me new pillowcases. I could still smell the mildew/sweat--gross. The breakfast was included and was the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. The first morning there were eggshells in my scrambled eggs and when I told the staff they were just like OK--didn't apologize or offer anything--as if this was customary in Panama. The pancakes were like rubber, I couldn't even chew it! When I asked for a to go cup for my coffee the hotel staff ignored me. 20 minutes later I had to ask again and they started helping a spanish couple. I gave up and went and had breakfast somewhere else. Overall the hotel has potential, but the management obviously has no presence and is not respected/liked by the staff. I would not stay there again and definitely would recommend others to look elsewhere. There are tons of hotels closer to the attractions that offer better service for at least $20-40 less per night.
